[Snix vs Nechaandayoo~] - MvC2 Ranked Matches | Unpredictable Gameplay SnixTheDog 2025-02-25 | I've got some other sets sitting around but this one was so fun I wanted it to go out ASAP. I randomly decided to try out M. Bison and I think it worked out decently. His assists have a lot of utility but I need to be careful with how I use them. I think I'm getting better with Spiral too, if I can remember to use fast fall I'll get some good combos out of it. Also if you notice the audio is louder than normal it's because I normalized it :) I had to rip it, enhance it, then add it back to the video but didn't re-encode it so hopefully no video quality was lost. Wish the game was louder by default but until I figure out a way to fix that I'll just do what I did here and deal with the extra video file on my HDD.

My fault though, I chose to turn cross region matchmaking on in an effort to find non-Grandmaster ranks (hint: it didn't work).

Devil May Cry (Switch) - Normal Mode Full Playthrough | Unpredictable Gameplay SnixTheDog 2024-11-23 | One of my favorite games of all time. I wanted to record this to not only experience the game again but also to highlight some of the aspects of the game that not many others focus on. I tried to inspect everything I could remember to. I'm sure lots of people don't care but I really like the write ups the developers gave to different things in the castle. It really immersed you into the world of the game. Excuse the rust for the first 10 minutes or so, it had been a while since I played this game last. I wanted to play through the Switch version since it fixes a few things up from the old HD Collection ports although there's still a lot of errors. Notably the motion blur when shooting is still entirely absent. And something that really bothers me is that the Plasma make the wrong sound for charging up the laser, playing the shooting sound twice. Anyway, hope you enjoy.

We all gotta start somewhere. So be nice :)I did something a bit different for a change. I entered in a little tournament! Basically my philosophy with this game is that top tiers are overdone and gimmicky characters (like characters that are only good for assists) are not my style. Yeah I'm not gonna get far in the grand scheme of things but that's precisely why I wanted to put it to the test in this, just to see how well it would work. For my team here I decided to pick 3 of my favorite characters that kind of work together. My original team had Mega Man in place of Ryu but I have a lot of training to do before I can make Mega Man work and I already know how to play Ken so Ryu's basic gameplay along with his decent supers worked well for me. Except for when I did Shin Shoryuken by accident like 3 times, that really sucked. But overall this was a really fun experience. Four of these are from the audience's view while the top right is the direct feed (for the most part). There's an obvious cut in the beginning since I couldn't find anything in between. Unfortunately there's not much audience footage of match 2. What I really wanted was to highlight the audience reactions."Don't do it!!""Let time run out!!""LET'S GO JUSTIIIIIIN!!!"There are also some points where the video desyncs and then syncs back up again, not sure how that really works. You may hear some audio delay as well. I tried to nudge the audio clips together in a way that was much less distracting than it is unaltered. But there are some points where that's just a lost cause. Splatoon 3 - Full Stream Ahead | Unpredictable Gameplay SnixTheDog 2024-06-20 | Disclaimer: Extreme laziness caused this video to be delayed by 3 months. Really, I just didn't feel like putting a thumbnail together at the time and I put it off so long and so many real life issues got in the way that I uploaded this here and forgot about it. I have the challenge after this already edited as well, I just need to make the thumbnail for it. Anyways, this challenge was pretty crazy. I usually don't use rollers but if they played like this all the time I wouldn't mind them. The funniest thing about this one was that the beginning of each match was chaos as everyone was trying to crush another with their superfast rollers. Those with brushes didn't have the same kill advantage but they had insane speed. So much so that at 0:52 when I saw the brush speed for the first time I was blindly firing as I was in disbelief at how fast they can move.

I'm still learning this game but it has quickly become one of my favorites in the series. I can't parry against the CPU to save my life so my ranks are pretty low. But either way it's just for fun. I limited myself to continues on Gill only since he's an input reading b[oy]. Usually I have to continue around 8 times before I can beat him so this is a record for me. Also there's a black line on the right because that's how it displays in a window for some reason. Yeah this is emulated in RPCS3 and it runs mostly fine, dips below 60 sometimes but it's not unplayable. I didn't bother throwing this in a video editor so yeah just ignore the black line.

I thought playing with an original controller from the time would help add to my experience. Boy was I wrong!! This controller has a terrible time keeping the B button held and the directions sometimes need to be pushed in extremely hard to get them to register. So if you see me take the easy way out of things then that's why. Also yes, I died way more than I usually do. A few I'll chalk up to poor planning, the rest I blame on the controller.
