But oh my god.. that finale... I haven't cried so much since the season 5 finale. After the end of season 6 I never thought I would love the show again, but, as always, the writers proved me wrong. We all know that with this show comes a rollercoaster of emotions, but who knew they could cram each of one them into one 43 minute episode.I do love how they ended it, bittersweet and all, it was amazing. Damon stepping up to be the big brother, Stefan giving him the cure and sacrificing himself so his brother could live. Bonnie being ALIVE (that's a first) and happy. ALL THE FAMILIAR FACES AT THE END REALLY TUG AT THE HEART STRINGS. It was so wonderful. and Stefan's death... so beautifully tragic. Alaric came back, again. Then the cure came back. I'm not sure imp gonna be watching the next season, without Elena, although she wasn't my favourite character, it just wont be the same.
