I’ll start out with the tools required, then I’ll be putting together the Vingli Pool Reel Set using some time lapse to demonstrate how the main reel pole, legs, wheels, and handle/crank assembly all go together. The straps will need to attach to the main pole assembly next, with the buckles and alligator clips added.
