In fact, at the start of the video I was quite excited and really positive about this tempered glass screen protector by Moko because it had the cutout for the iPad 10th Gen camera and microphone.A it stands, this video just ended up wasting about 6 hours of my day but I suppose it was worth it as it serves as a caution for anyone thinking about buying this Moko screen protector.I forgot to mention. My YouTube Channel Has Been Hacked by Tesla Corp Fake Account & Elon Musk Scam Live Stream Video David Harry 2022-11-06 | You can contact Ian at this temporary email address IanCraigYouTube@Yahoo.comMy YouTube channel has been hacked.This video is a cry for help to anyone who can help Ian Craig in trying to get his Google account and YouTube channel back after it was hacked earlier today Sunday 6th November 2022 by a fake YouTube account and user called Tesla Corp with an Elon Musk live stream video.Ian Woke up on Sunday morning with no YouTube channel. His account had been hacked and his Google account deleted. A few days before, YouTube sent him a Copyright notice. On the notice was a pdf which was supposed to be the report detailing the copyright problem. He clicked on the report since it must be safe if it's coming via YouTube Studio ....... WRONG. This file contained some code that sent off his account details to a hacker who promptly took over the channel by changing the email address on the account and removing the old one. The result was that Ian could no longer access the account which was also removed. In place of Ian Craig Audio, Video, Reviews and Tips is a live broadcast which plays on a loop where Elon Musk is pushing Bitcoin info. Result is no AVRT and all monetisation for the channel gone.Ian's channel has now been taken over by someone calling themselves Tesla corp. and using a live stream video of Elon Musk talking about Bitcoin and Ethereum cryptocurrency and virtual currency. This hack is obviously not by Elon Musk or Tesla Corp. It's by someone pretending to be them and using an Elon Musk live stream on the channel.As it stands, all of Ian's videos, numbering over 250, have all been deleted from his channel and replaced with this one live stream of Elon Musk and the channel has been re-named to Tesla corp. Ian is now no longer able to log into his Google account and therefore his YouTube account and is finding it almost impossible to directly contact Google to get his channel reinstated and his video content retrieved.It looks like the hack has come from a PDF file that had a weblink in it. This email and PDF looked like it was an official one from Google/YouTube on the YouTube Studio app.If any YouTubers out there can offer Ian any help or support, please contact him directly at the email at the start of this description.If any of this sounds familiar to you or you've seen this happen before, either to yourself or to anyone else. Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 Screen Protector David Harry 2022-11-01 | Watch 5 Screen Protector geni.us/Watch5ScreenProtectorSamsung Galaxy Watch 5 geni.us/SamsungGalaxyWatch5Definitely a must buy for anyone who is active or clumsy. One of the protectors has already saved the screen on my Watch 5 after I hit the watch against a wall when my hand slipped off a door handle while opening the door (clumsy).The body and edges of the protector are a very durable plastic but the screen protector itself is made of tempered glass.There were two in the pack that I got, a black one and a clear one. They come with cleaning kits, although, I’d recommend giving your watch a good clean before hand with a dry, clean cloth and then use the cleaning kits.The protectors are super easy to attach and fit really well, no rattling or moving. If in the shower or heavy rain then you will get water between the protector and watch screen and you may have to take the protector off to dry the watch face and protector. However, this is not a criticism as I’ve never seen such protectors stop this from happening as they’d need a a rubber seal/gasket to stop that.The protectors are thick enough to offer great protection but thin enough to not bulk the watch. Using the black protector on my black watch, you wouldn’t really notice it was on unless you looked twice.Also, the touch sensitivity seems to be unaffected with the protector being on. Or at least nothing is impeded as far as navigating the watch’s interface and swipe movements.Without a doubt I would definitely recommend these protectors as I’m quite sure that mine have already saved my watch screen.Lastly, the protector and Watch 5 I used in this video were the 44mm versions. Although, both are available in 40mm.BTW. The frame rate was also set to Very High, which gives 60 FPS, which is the highest frame rate any iPad will do over HDMI (at the moment). Gaming on M2 iPad Pro 2022 Call of Duty Gameplay Low Graphics but Fast Game Controller Response David Harry 2022-10-28 | An example of how to get the fastest game controller response when playing Call of Duty Mobile on the iPad Pro M2. In fact, any iPad.When playing touch, it doesn't matter what the balance is with your graphics and frame rate settings, your touch speed response will always be how you set it for sensitivity.Unfortunately, when playing with a game controller the higher the graphics quality setting the slower and more laggy your controller response becomes. This is regardless of increasing the controller sensitivity and speeds as the highest and fastest settings won't compensate for the lag introduces by the graphics setting.So to get the best game controller response for CoD on the iPad. M2 iPad Pro 2022 Is A GAMING BEAST - Apex Legends Mobile Gameplay MAX Graphics Settings 4K 60FPS David Harry 2022-10-28 | While there are few little niggles here and there, overall, the 2022 iPad Pro M2 is BEAST when it comes to gaming.In this video I'm playing Apex Legends Mobile at its highest quality settings. Actually, technically the Original setting is the highest graphics settings but this only plays at 30 FPS. So for this test of the graphics I set Graphics Quality to ExtremeHD and Frame Rate to Ultra. All other graphics settings such as Anti-aliasing, Bloom, Dynamic Shadows etc. Were all switched on.Oddly enough, and one of the niggles, you can't select Original on the M2 iPad Pro, although, you can on the iPad 10th Gen. Go figure?I'm also using a 4K UHD HDMI output from the iPad Pro M2 and the recording and upload were also in 4K.The maximum frame rate over HDMI for the M2 iPad Pro is 60 frames per second and it held 60 FPS all through the game, as you can see from the on screen FPS counter. I didn't do a timed battery charge test, although, it was roughly about two hours to charge from empty to full power. Overall, I'd say that this is really useful and is definitely a recommendation for uninterupted extended play time for the Oculus Quest 2. How To Play Camera Video & Picture Files From An SD Card On Your iPad Pro - USB-C To SD Card Reader David Harry 2022-09-16 | Using this inexpensive USB C to SD card reader by KiWiBiRD you can play video files and pictures from the SD card from your camera, mirrorless, DSLR and camcorder on your iPad Pro.This basically allows you to use your iPad Pro as a monitor for previewing your camera video files when you are out and about.While I'm using an iPad Pro for this example, you can do the exact same thing using any iPad that has got a USB C interface.For this example I'm using XAVC S video files and JPG picture files from my Sony camera. These are 4K files that use a bit rate of 100Mb/s and the card reader has no problems with the bit rate and playing the files.You can of course use other cameras and video codecs as long as you have an appropriate player on your iPad that will read the codecs of the video files.While the maximum speed of this reader is only 60Mb/s, it is easily fast enough to play these high bit rate 4K video files, as is seen in the video.Reading and writing large files to and from your iPad using this SD card reader will be somewhat slow compared to other faster and more expensive card readers. As I suspect that this card reader is using USB 2 for its transfer speed. Apex Mobile Gameplay On iPhone SE 3 2022 AirPlay To Apple TV 4K Game HDMI Capture On Elgato 4K60 S+ David Harry 2022-09-13 | Just an example of how good the graphics are on the 2022 iPhone SE 3 for gaming. This is Apex Legends Mobile played on the iPhone SE using a Sony PS5 controller. The iPhone is using AirPlay to send the video to an Apple TV 4K and the output from the Apple TV 4K is being recorded by an Elgato 4K60 S+ and the HDMI output is being passed through the Elgato to a computer monitor, although this could be a TV.The latency between the iPhone and the Apple TV 4K is surprisingly very low despite the fact that it's done via a wireless connection to screen mirror the iPhone to the Apple TV. It's not as low as playing on an iPad Pro via USB C to a monitor but it's well good enough for fast action shooter twitch games.Out of all the iPhones, the SE is the last one to support 16:9 for the aspect ratio of its screen. This is a bonus when using the iPhone SE to game to an external monitor as the gameplay is in a traditional 16:9 aspect ratio, which is what the vast majority of PC gaming setups and consoles play at. This just means that unlike most iPhones and all iPads, the iPhone SE gameplay does not have black bars at the top and bottom of the screen when mirrored via AirPlay to black bars to the sides, as an iPad would. This is called letterboxing or pillarboxing.While a lot of quality is lost due to the video compression used to wirelessly transmit the picture from the iPhone to the Apple TV, I think it still looks very good. The graphics render resolution is also higher than what you see in this video because the wireless transmission uses a lower resolution than what the iPhone is capable of. The A15 processor and its GPU in the iPhone SE is easily good enough for high quality game rendering at high resolutions and 60FPS. It does make you wonder what Apple could do if they used their current hardware but in a dedicated Apple Game Console type machine. How To Connect Wired Headphones And USB C Power At The Same Time To An Android Phone Or Tablet David Harry 2022-09-08 | In this video I'm showing you how to connect wired headphones and also USB C power at the same time to an Android phone so you can charge and power your phone and listen to music or any audio at the same time with your wired headphones. This will also work for an Android tablet as well that has a USB C but does not have a dedicated 3.5mm headphone jack socket.Because many modern Android phones and Android Tablets do not have a dedicated 3.5mm headphone jack socket on them. You can use a USB C to 3.5mm headphone adapter cable to get yourself a headphone output on an Android phone or tablet.However, while these types of USB C headphone adapter cables are mega useful, they do not allow your Android phone or tablet to charge at the same time with their USB C power supply because only one thing at a time can be plugged into the phone or tablet's USB C port. So, in that instance it's either headphones or power.This is where this USB C adapter by Cable Creation comes in handy. The case is by pcgaga.The case fits well. It's made of a strong and durable plastic which gives the Flip 4 a lot of protection. It's easy to grip when the phone is open or closed, with or without the use of the ring.All the cutouts are well aligned for the USB C socket, microphones, volume rocker, power button, lenses, light and sensor. There's no sensitivity issues with the protection over the outside touch screen. The added stylus is a nice touch and it does work.As mentioned in the video, my only concern are the studs for the strap going through to the inside of the case and only being covered by a thin material that may wear over time and maybe cause an issue for the back of the phone. Apex Legends Mobile Gameplay On Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 David Harry 2022-09-07 | Just a quick round of Apex Legends Mobile on the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4.Having now tried a few games on the Flip 4 I can honestly say that this is not a good phone for gaming. While I usually play games on Samsung devices via DeX connected to a monitor and using a controller, which the Flip 4 can't do as it does not support DeX. Just playing games on the phone itself, with or without a controller, is a bit of a nightmare.The Flip 4 throttles very quickly resulting in low frame rates due to overheating. However, the biggest issue for me is the lack of vertical field of view. As it has a female USB A socket on one end, which is USB3.1 and a male USB C connection on the other.You simply connect your USB A storage device to the female USB A end of the adapter cable and then connect the USB C end of the adapter cable to the USB C socket on your Flip 4. This in my opinion is the best of the small USB-C vlogging video mics for use with an Android smartphone. It's super easy to use and just connects directly to the USB-C port on the Flip 4.In the video I'm using the Flip 4 on a tripod with the stabiliser switched off and testing the wide camera/lens and ultra wide camera/lens. I then turn on the stabiliser and go handheld testing the wide camera/lens again and also test the ultra wide camera/lens again then finish off with the front facing camera.One thing I forgot to mention and something you may not have noticed in the video. If the case you are using on the Flip 4 is too thick, like mine was, you will have to remove the bottom half of the case to connect the USB-C interface of the VideoMic Me-C to the Flip 4's USB-C port. This is not ideal as I believe you should always protect any phone with a case, especially when vlogging and excessively handling your phone. I've got the stabiliser switched off and am using a Moza Mini MX gimbal to stabilise the Flip 4. The reason for this is to giving the Flip 4 the best conditions to get the best picture quality from it. The internal stabiliser will have certain processing artifacts that can impact the quality of the picture.It's a single take clip that's directly uploaded to YouTube, so no picture processing or editing and no audio processing. The reason for this is because the footage is shot in HDR10+ and I'm not quite sure just yet how to handle HDR10+ in DaVinci Resolve and export it in the appropriate codec and HDR format for uploading to YouTube. As soon as I have workflow for editing HDR10+ from the Flip 4 I will make a video about it.Anyway. However, if you use DeX on your Samsung tablets and smartphones as a way to get an Android Desktop PC experience from your phone or tablet or if you use DeX, like I do, to turn your Samsung phone or tablet into an Android Desktop Gaming Console. The microphone I'm using is a RODE VideoMic GO II with the RODE WS12 deadcat wind filter that's designed for the GO II. The GO II is a directional microphone, or cardioid microphone, which is very useful for vlogging as the directional pickup pattern, or polar pattern, will help to pick out your voice when there are other noises going on around you.I am also only using the standard Samsung camera app that comes with the Flip 4. None of the audio or video from the Flip 4 recordings have been altered during the video edit. So no altering or boosting the levels of the audio in post or filtering the video in anyway. What you see and hear in these examples are exactly as you would see or hear any clips that you would record on the Flip 4 and directly upload to YouTube.I am also only using the standard Samsung camera app that comes with the Flip 4. This is also called a factory reset, as it resets the Chromebook back to factory conditions. This process is also called a Powerwash, which is what Google call it when you factory reset your Chromebook.Factory resetting your Chromebook will also format the hard drive, which means that all the data on the Chromebook will be deleted. So make sure that you have either backed off any important and personal data files, such as pictures, videos, music etc. To and external storage device or to your Google Cloud account, as in your Google Drive, or to another Cloud backup service.Doing a factory reset of your Chromebook, or a Chromebook Powerwash, is totally necessary if you are going to sell your Chromebook or give it away. This very specifically a picture quality recording test.This is OBS Studio 28 beta on a MacBook Pro M1 Max. The HDMI capture interface is a Blackmagic Design Ulttrastudio Recorder 3G. The Ultrastudio 3G is a Thunderbolt to HDMI capture interface. With it being 3G it cam only record up to 1080P 60FPS over HDMI from the Xbox Series X or any games console.For this example, OBS Studio was set to a canvas resolution of 3840x2160 4K UHD and the 1080P input from the Xbox Series X via the Blackmagic Utrastudio Recorder 3G was upscaled in OBS Studio using the Lanczos scaling filter. The frame rate was 59.95 FPS, basically 60 frames per second.The recording video coded in OBS Studio was the Apple VT H264 Hardware Encoder, which is basically the hardware variant of Apple Video Toolbox. The video recording bitrate was set to 200,000Kb/s, which is quite but this recording needed to be of high quality as it was then edited in DaVinci Resolve Studio and Resolve then exported out a H.265 file with a lower bit rate for the YouTube upload file.This is basically and example of how to record console gameplay on a Mac, or more specifically, how to record Xbox Series X gameplay on an Apple Silicon Mac MacBook Pro M1 Max.Let me know in the comments if you'd like me to show how to do specific setups of OBS Studio on Apple Silicon Mac. How to modify the TS9 external antenna sockets on a ZTE MC801A 5G router so they dont snap off David Harry 2022-08-07 | In this video I'm showing a simple antenna modification to a 3 branded ZTE MC801A 5G router to help with strain relief when connecting external antennas to the router's TS9 external antenna sockets.This is a very simple antenna modification that just uses a couple of TS9 to SMA cable extenders that connect to the router's TS9 ports and are then taped to the body of the router to give the strain relief that these TS9 antenna sockets need.These SMA to TS9 cables are also known as SMA to TS9 pigtails or TS9 to SMA pigtails. In any event and regardless of what name they are referred to by, they are simply coaxial extension cables that have male TS9 on one end and female SMA on the other.Once done, the router essentially has SMA external sockets on it that are a better choice for connecting external antennas to. Plus, with the SMA to TS9 cables being taped to the body of the router, you will definitely get more strain relief when connecting antennas. As just the weight of an antenna coaxial cable is enough to snap off the TS9 ports.I can't over emphasise enough just how important this strain relief is for the external antenna sockets. Without such a modification, I can almost guarantee you that at some point you will snap off and break the TS9 connectors off the router's motherboard.These TS9 connectors on this router are simply surface mounted straight to the router's PCB motherboard. Effectively giving no strain relief at all.It's also worth bearing in mind that with this particular 3 ZTE 5G router, once either of the TS9 sockets are snapped off or broken. Your router will no longer operate properly with 5G. Even if your router indicates a 5G signal, you will have a very slow speed. Basically, the router becomes useless for 5G and doesn't even revert back to its internal 5G antennas.This simple antenna modification will also work many other 5G routers, 5G modems, also know as a 5G gateway or 4G gateway, or even 4G routers and 4G modems that use TS9 for their external antenna connections. Even a home Wi-Fi router or modem that has these TS9 sockets can benefit from such a simple antenna modification.It's also worth noting that such a simple modification will not void your warranty or guarantee as you are only connecting a cable to a socket that's designed to be used by the end user for attaching external antennas to.
