He also stated that in his 30 years of service he has never seen a report done so through. Facts Known to the case, according to family and friends. Police physically looked for Dominique. He was on his way to work at New Way off Russel Parkway. His Phone was recovered by family in Bibb County Ga and his Body found in his car off Hwy 96, some 25 miles apart. They stated the way the car was position it was impossible for the car to be so neat on up against the tree. There have been no explanations what caused the crash, why his phone was a whole county away from where the body was found, and was the opposite direction from his job. More to come.

I never once mention anything about those records to the Officer nor the Mayor. Officer Towns hides around the corner of the door recording from his cellphone. Police Chief states she will not secure the records from his phone by taking the phone. She further goes on to say he just recording as I am. Public Records where created, we will see if they are released later.You also see that the Mayor leaves City Hall at 11:22 out the rear of the building. The Mayor shut down City hall at 10:30 after changing the sign from 11:30 on the door because I was in there.
