A Plea to Dexcom CEO Kevin Sayer Ken Fager 2019-09-13 | My Dexcom account has been locked in the verification stage for whatever reason after a botched server migration on June 27, 2019. The verification token doesn't work, and I'm stuck ordering resupplies and invoices over the phone. Which if you haven't experienced Dexcom's call center reps in the Philippines, it can only be described as an unpleasant experience. Orders go unfulfilled, shipping info doesn't get sent, or they call days later to confirm info that hasn't changed since I became a customer in February 2018. It took about a month for anyone at Dexcom to take my issue seriously, and it has been 78 days now. Diabetes is hard enough. Dexcom's customer and technical support issues make it worse. If you have the option, go with a different CGM company.
