Introducing SHANE: a first-of-its-kind parallel two-wheeled electric car concept from InventistInventist Inc2026-09-20 | Introducing SHANE: a first-of-its-kind parallel two-wheeled electric car concept from InventistOrbitwheel TipsInventist Inc2020-12-30 | You may look at the Orbitwheels and think "Cool! I can hardly wait to use them!" and you would be right: They are cool!
This video shows you the two most important steps when learning to ride the Orbitwheels:
1. Always start with your lead foot up, balanced inside the wheel on the foot platform, then push off the toes of your back foot to start your momentum. 2. Think of an infinite wave as you move the toes of both feet in, then out, then in, then out~~~~~~you can even draw rolling waves on the ground for your feet to follow. Start near a wall or other support to help you balance and move as you practice the motion.
We want you to know that you CAN learn to ride the Orbitwheels. It takes learning the special technique and a bit of persistence, but once you master it, you'll be on your way to feeling the freedom of never having to push off the ground again.
Once you get going, you can literally go forever! Why I like the OrbitwheelsInventist Inc2020-12-24 | Watch as I explain some of the science behind using the Orbitwheels. It holds up to 6 D cells, 6 C cells, 10 AA cells, 10 AAA cells, and two 9V batteries at the same time.
Alkaline batteries are not designed by the battery manufacturer to be rechargeable. However, the chemistry involved in the batteries can be recharged with some success. The primary risk is overcharging that can lead to leaky batteries. Therefore, the AlkaCharger is designed to not overcharge the batteries.
Best results are obtained when the batteries are recharged before they are totally discharged. If the batteries are recharged between uses, they can be charged overnight thus refreshing them. Recharge the batteries for 3 days to renew them from a mostly discharged to mostly charged state. Heavily discharged batteries need to be charged for about a week.
Alkaline batteries can be recharged several times before they should be discarded. They cannot be charged more than 3 to 5 times, and they will not perform as well as new fresh batteries, but they can provide useful power for many devices saving on the cost of new batteries. Discard any battery that shows signs of leakage or swelling.
In average, the money you have saved by using the Alkacharger is 75% of the battery cost. It is equivalent to paying only a quarter of a battery cost.Caitlyn IOTA 2Inventist Inc2020-11-05 | ...IMG 0157Inventist Inc2020-09-09 | Here’s a trick on the IOTAtrax – Do Not Try This at Home, or anywhere else, for that matter!ANTHEM V11Inventist Inc2020-06-29 | ...InventistInventist Inc2020-06-29 | Inventing the FutureAquaSkipper New Version : AQ2Inventist Inc2020-06-29 | Introducing the new and long awaited for AquaSkipper AQ2! These instructions will help you develop the wave-like technique involved in learning how propel yourself forward along your chosen path.
1 Position the Orbitwheels on the ground in front of your feet. Step onto the platforms with your toes touching the ground. Push off with your back foot and glide in a straight line. For beginners, it may be easier to push off a wall or other stable object with your hands. Get used to balancing and gliding in a straight line before going on to step 2.
2 To propel yourself, start by turning your toes inward. Then push your leading foot in front of you while at the same time pushing your back foot behind you.
3 Next, turn your toes outward. Push your leading food back and your trailing foot forward. Try to make long, fluid movements instead of short, quick ones. Your feet will make an “S” or wave-like motion. You may want to draw four or five long "S" curves on the ground to follow.
4 Continue alternating steps 2 and 3: toes in, toes out, toes in, toes out, etc. Swinging your arms and twisting your body might help you coordinate the motion. If you feel like you are losing your balance, just step off the platforms onto the ground.
The Orbitwheels are challenging! But don't give up! Did you instantly learn how to use a skateboard? Once you learn to control the Orbitwheels, you will have a crazy new skill you can show off to your friends.
Enjoy the journey - enjoy your new Orbitwheels!
*Please note, the Orbitwheels shown here are an earlier version, and attaching the foot platforms has evolved: 1. Snap out the platforms from the middle of the wheel. 2. Fit the bottom of the platform on the base inside of the wheel. Push down until it clicks into place. Storing the Orbitwheels: 1. Press both buttons under the platform and pull it off the base. 2. Line up the groves on both ends of the platform with the notches inside the wheel. 3. Push down to secure.
