In my opinion, balance is extremely important to the enjoyment of a game, especially when trading with other players is involved. No build should be able to clear endgame content so effortlessly on the very first day. What is there left to aspire to when a build can already clear everything without effort on day one?
Yes, you can choose to play a more balanced build yourself, but that does not solve the problem. If other players are allowed to use builds like these and progress far more quickly, it affects the entire economy. The items you want will inevitably skyrocket in price, making it much harder for players using more balanced builds to keep up.

Veil of night gives ~ 25% more thorns damage. You can also run a rare helmet to be much tankier.

I have been using Kaoms Heart, but you can replace it with a high armour with armour applies to elemental damage rare chest. That might increase overall tankiness and will allow you to use spirit gems.

If you are planning to choose a leaguestarter, please make sure to choose a content creater, which has:
1. A full campaign run uploaded with a decent time (YT or twitch)
2. Showcases gear and actual gameplay under leaguestart conditions
3. Make sure the gear they have is actually achievable without trading too much

I think this should be the minimum requirement for a trustworthy content creator.
