LYRICS:
RAP
Do you realize?
Do you see?
I am you
And you are me
When you look really deep
We’re connected by the deeds
The seeds, the leaves, the trees
And all that you believe is there
Even if it’s not
This is all we got
Because we never seem to learn
If I break the rules
And disrupt the story
I alone am feeling sorry
Not you
Me
So when we slash and burn
And our spirits start to bleed out
Don’t look the other way
With so many thoughts and so many sides
And so many angles on which to rise
Will we even dare to remember to care
Because in the end what we create is what we share
VERSE 1
The world was spinning
Round and round
Spinning so fast our feet
Wouldn’t even touch the ground
Couldn’t tell
Wrong from right
Didn’t know the night from day
Or day from night
PRECHORUS
What’s it all for?
Where will we go?
When the house falls
Which side will you be on?
CHORUS
Will you stand by
And close your eyes
Because I can’t see the light
What is your truth?
Will you come through?
Which way will you decide?
HOOK
Don’t break my heart
Where will we start?
When worlds apart
Don’t break my heart
RAP
I used to think that what I do really doesn’t matter
But I was wrong
I was so damn wrong
Because what I do really is matter
And that shit leaves a trace
For all that I love and all I despise
Ripples through all of space and time
Forever and ever and ever and ever and ever
Taking over everything in its wake
So lend me a moment in all of your years
Just to think for a second
What can we do better
Because I can’t do this without you
No, I won’t do this without you
For you are what sets me free
To be a better version of me
Can you do the same?
Because it all starts now
VERSE 2
All the chaos
Rising up
Fueling fires deep within the loss
What can you say
To make this right
We’ve got to find a way
To end the fight
PRECHORUS
What’s it all for?
Where will we go?
When the house falls
Which side will you be on?
CHORUS
Will you stand by
And close your eyes
Because I can’t see the light
What is your truth?
Will you come through?
Which way will you decide?
HOOK
Don’t break my heart
Where will we start?
When worlds apart
Don’t break my heart
Some think this nature recording is UFO aliens. We have our own definition:
U = Ultra
F = Forensic
O= Ornithology
Animals that use echolocation (nighthawks are one) often use extremely high pitches that humans cannot hear. Humans can hear up to 20khz but bats can hear up to 160khz. I have slowed my rare nesting nighthawk recording down (using analog tape) to lower those high pitches humans have never heard before become audible. For the first time we can hear what only other animals were hearing.
Be warned that the last minute the birds speak like humans. No effects have been added to this recording. it's just slowed down in a very musical and powerful way using vintage professional mastering grade tape machines.
Natural Pitch = This is the regular speed the birds are singing in. part 1 of song
1 Octave Lowered = Sounds normally invisible to humans are revealed up to 40khz!. - featured in part 2 of song
2 Octaves Lowered = Sounds normally invisible to humans are revealed up to 80khz! - featured in part 3 of song
Please enjoy this Rare Full Moon Concert of Nesting Nighthawk Mothers protected by a Choir of Singing Aerial Dancing Males. J.S. Bach's: Méditation sur le Premier Prélude de Piano has been added for the human touch - Liv Singh Khalsa

Some people want to die in their sleep but not me.
I won’t go that easily.
Some talk about killing the pain of their sorrows.
But not me. I want to feel everything.
My joy, my pain, my grief, my ecstasy
It’s all the same. All shades of love.
My body a temple for this life of mine.
In my heart. I know I’m divine.
So kiss me to death till I take my last breath. I want to feel the love inside. Alive.
So kiss me to death til I take my last breath. Hold my hand. Don’t let me go alone.
Some people like the concrete streets but not me.
Give me the trees. That sweet mountain breeze.
Up high on the hill where the stars are so blinding,
Is where I will be. Is where I’ll be. Free.
I lay on the Earth and talk to the clouds above,
I feel the warmth. I feel reborn.
The birds call my name. The wind she speaks of rain.
I smell the sky starting to cry.
So spread your wings and come to fly with me,
Way up high. Through the infinite sky. We ride the wind.
And sing with me to the Greatest Mystery.
Our smiles wide. We laugh and cry. Jai Ma!
So kiss me to death til I take my last breath. Hold me close. Don’t let me go alone.
And I’ll kiss you to death till you take your last breath.
Sing it loud. Sing it with love. Jai Ma!
And kiss us to death as we take our last breaths.
We call your name as we fly to your light.
Jai Ma

BE HERE NOW / DITO NA TAYO – Tagalog
Kapag nakikitakita
When I see you in my dreams
Sa kalayuan
So far away
Magandaaaang pagnanasa
It feels like wishful thinking
Hinto ang Panahon
When time has stopped
Sa kalayuan
So far away
Ipakita mo ang daan
Show me the path to your door
Dito na tayo
Dito na tayo ngayon
Let us be here now
Ang pangarap natin
Ours is to dream together
Ay walang hangGan
Ours is to be forever
Sa kalayuan
So far away
Ang pangarap - ay mapagtanto
Dreams come true

Wahe Guru Guided Meditation: This sacred meditation directly connects you with the universal flow of Existence that is permeating through every action. Traveling through our sacred body, we deeply meditate on the different energy centers and activate them with the Naad (sound current) of Waheguru (Wa – Hey – Guru) which means Bliss, Truth and Consciousness. It is the primal mantra of ecstasy known as the Trikuti Mantra. Practicing this mantra creates, preserves and transforms our daily life to serve our higher mission. This meditation functions as a dialogue between you and your MindBody. Saying it in your mind or voice with your heart full of love will give the best results.
Eight point four million lifetimes and their karmic effect are all washed away along with destiny’s debt. Wisdom, meditation, illumination of the Divine-all become deeply instilled in the mind. You’ll hear the inaudible current of sound along the Parkarma. We take the full round at the threshold of Hari Mandir, head bows to the ground. Invisible things before the mind’s eye abound. In union with Divine your soul will delight for so it is destined by the Master of Life.
Then a terrible thing happened when all the world was at war. From a place far away high in the sky a machine was carrying a weapon that could destroy millions of acres of land, thousands upon thousands of people and animals and poison the land for generations to come. No Taiko drums were sounded as a warning. No one even knew that such an evil power could be unleashed.
In the silence of that moment the loudest weapon of destruction made its voice known. Few living things survived and those that did would face the future effects of the poison that covered the landscape.
Five Taiko masters had lived but now only one survived. The Taiko drum which had echoed across the land was now silent.
People forgot about the power of the drum that had served the villages. The sound of the drums could not be heard throughout the lands anymore. One Taiko master searched for the other four masters and none could be found. In the silence of the landscape he knew we was even more alone.
As fate would have it the place called America where the destructive bird in the sky had come was a place of new beginnings for people from all lands. This last Taiko masters heard the music of American Jazz players and knew that he needed to go and be a part of this new sound. Even though this was the place were the bird had come from, it was time for the Taiko drum to be heard there as well. It is in America that the Taiko drum was reborn in the home of Jazz, and began its new journey to many new lands and people.

It is recommended to wear headphones or use a high
fidelity audio system when meditating to Sonoran Sound.
Set an intention for your meditation by asking yourself what you need. Each track is useful for every intention. After stating your intention to yourself, find a comfortable position either seated or laying down. Close your eyes (an eye mask or towel over the eyes is useful in a bright place). Bring awareness to the belly and relax any tension, taking a series of deep belly breaths. Then settle into a natural rhythm of the breath. Observe any sensations in the body and look for residual tension in the face, scanning the forehead, eye brows, eyes, cheeks, mouth, jaw, and tongue. Relax the shoulders, hands, and legs. Letting any remaining tension in the body go, bring inner awareness to the darkness in front of the eyes and listen mindfully to the sound of the bowls. Listen for the overtones, the space between the overtones, the relative strength of certain overtones over the fundamental. Allow the mind to become fully immersed in listening, breathing, and relaxing the body. Let the mind settle naturally on the sound of the bowls. When the mind wanders, gently bring awareness back to listening. After the sound, sit in silence for a few minutes without opening the eyes or moving the body. Feel the quiet created by the sound.
Hamid Jabbar has been working with sound for over 20 years. He holds a Bachelor of Music from NYU and a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from UCLA. Since 2005, he has been exploring the interconnectedness of various lineages from Yoga to mediation, indigenous traditions of the Americas, and Eastern and Western medicines. Hamid’s primary work is as a teacher of sound and meditation, conducting regular Sound Practitioner Trainings where he empowers others to work with the voice, overtone emitting instruments like gongs and singing bowls, flutes, drums, bells, and chimes. He also conducts regular workshops using breathwork and sound to facilitate transcendent experiences. Hamid remains fascinated by the broader use of sound in all of the shamanic models, including those that involve entheogenic plants. He apprenticed in the Shipibo medicine tradition with Don Enrique Lopez at Inkan Kena Centro Espiritual outside of Iquitos, working with numerous plant medicines, including Ayahuasca, along with the icaros (medicine songs) central to the tradition. He studied the Huachuma (San Pedro) traditions of the Andes region in Piscac, Cusco, and their related sound practices. Hamid is the creator of several Yoga Teacher Training Programs in Phoenix, and the Meditation Director for Current Meditation, the first meditation-only studio to incorporate sound into every class. He is a frequent presenter on sound for retreats, workshops, and conferences.
