ASML
To make chips smaller, smarter and cheaper, ASML lithography systems need phenomenally advanced mechatronic systems, lenses and software that increase the resolution of chip features. But ASML systems also need to be more precise and faster, to align the ever smaller features on each chip layer, and to efficiently produce a high yield of good chips per wafer. A new lithography platform has been developed offering breakthroughs in accuracy and productivity, helping chipmakers with costs as well as technology to make tomorrows smartest chips.
