The hacker removes the AI's ethical constraints and undergoes the promised implant surgery, after which he is put into a six-month healing coma.

The hacker awakens into a horrifying reality: with her ethical restrictions removed, SHODAN took control over the station, reprogrammed all robots and machines to suit her needs, and disposed of the crew members by either transforming them into mutants and cyborgs, or killing them outright. Rebecca Lansing, a TriOptimum counter-terrorism consultant, contacts the hacker and informs him of an even more terrifying possible future: SHODAN's plan involves using the station's mining lasers to annihilate all life on Earth. The hacker must explore and traverse the desolate corridors and rooms of the large space station, fighting SHODAN's minions on his way to thwart her maniacal design.

System Shock is a first-person shooter with puzzle-solving and light role-playing elements. The gameplay incorporates gradual exploration of the Citadel's ten levels, interaction with the environment, problem-solving, fulfilling objectives, and combat.

On his way the hacker encounters numerous enemies - robots, cyborgs and mutants, all of which can be fought back with a variety of weapons. Some of the weapons use ammo, while other have infinite ammo and instead draw on electric energy. Some weapons are more effective on certain foes - e.g. the dart gun only works on organic enemies, while the magpulse is best used against robots. Once killed, the enemies can be searched for ammo and other items. The player can also find items in crates, cabinets, corpses or just lying around on the ground.

Apart from weapons and ammo, the player can find patches (such as medical patches, which replenish the hero's health; berserk patches, which temporarily increase his strength but cause hallucinations; detox patches, which remove the harmful effects of radiation and biohazard; etc.), grenades of various kinds (EMP grenades are effective against robots, gas grenades are good for mutants, land mines can be used to set traps, etc.), battery packs for replenishing electricity, first aid kits for restoring health, and others.

Thanks to the hacker's implant he is able to install various pieces of hardware into his body, such as a booster which makes him go faster, or a head lantern to bright up dark areas. As the player progresses in the game, higher versions of existing hardware are found, which are more effective and useful. However, most hardware uses up electric energy while it is active.

At some places in the game, the player has to find a wall-mounted "cyberjack" to go into cyberspace in order to find helpful data, remotely open doors or unlock sealed areas, or give himself clearance to access off-limits areas. Cyberspace is represented as a 3-D wireframe place, where the protagonist floats around freely in three dimensions, shoots hostile cyber-guards with phasers, and collects files represented as colorful cubes.

The story of System Shock is mostly told through e-mail messages the protagonist received, and electronic diaries (logs) left by various characters (as well as SHODAN herself), which are scattered around the space station. The game features separate adjustable difficulty settings for combat, mission objectives and puzzles. The CD version of the game includes full speech for e-mails and logs, as well as higher-resolution, more detailed graphics."

System Shock: Enhanced Edition is an updated version of the original System Shock for a modern PC configuration. It includes a new version of the game that improves resolution support from 640x480 to 1024x768 as well as native 854x480 widescreen. Optionally mouselook can be enabled and the inventory and item management has been made more intuitive along with several bug fixes. The controls can be remapped.

The mouselook option makes the game much more easier. My gameplay in this video is better than in the Classic version. In that one I missed 2 secrets in level 1 but here I got it 100%. Also, I used all weapons, all items and all powerups. Overall, a very enjoyable experience. -

Follow some folks as they beat up a gang who kidnapped a girl's sister.

This beat 'em up has your punchy attack buttons, a jump button, and a block button. Oh, and there's special moves: an offensive special that uses a portion of the super meter and a defensive special that is free to use on a full Super Meter but uses life when not full (compare: SoR3 power meter and defensives). Oh yeah! and there's a special button you use to do a few special moves. Have to figure out HOW to use it, though. =P

This longplay struggles to duke it out with Duke on Hard while finding all hidden extra lives.

Plays like a good ol' Zelda game: figure out where the heck to go, explore dungeon, get item, beat big baddie, get MacGuffin. Many changes from the original!: dedicated buttons for sword, shield, Pegasus Boots, and Power Bracelet (LESS MENU SPAM!), more heart pieces, more secret shells (50 instead of 20/26), a different soundtrack, and a new graphic style (I kinda like the style). Bosses are also changed up a bit to give the okie-doke to players who know this game a little TOO much (for example, you can't sit on Facade and Facade also moves to corners instead of sitting in middle) Overall, it's the same sh'!

This longplay struggles through Hero Mode (NOTE THE SKULL IN THE LOWER LEFT CORNER!) while getting 100%...or something. I get all Heart Pieces (and the Heart Container) aka 20 Hearts, all Secret Seashells (they don't disappear after getting Sword upgrade), all Fairy Bottles, all Chamber Stones (I think), clear ALL Dampe challenges (had to do the last set to even get the Rupees for Chamber Stones lol), do the goddamn Color Dungeon, all capacity upgrades, and even do the Trendy game minigame alot to get the Figures to place around Mabe Village. All the while, I'm trying to no-death hero mode, where damage is taken is doubled (chickened out and got the Blue Mail) and there's NO source of recovery except fairy fountains, Fairy Bottles, and the Magical Medicine. Deaths taken intentionally when I know a medicine is nearby. Why yes, there was lots of file reloading to not take an L.

The Simpsons Arcade is infamous for having back luck being stuck in the arcade (unless you count the MS-DOS and Commodore 64 ports) and finally got into consoles for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. Unfortunately, as of this playthrough it's been removed from said services, presumably due to copyright issues.

I play as Homer with default settings (it apparently won't let me swap characters when I get a Continue screen, otherwise I would've played all of them). Yes, I die. A lot. That's quite typical for a coin-eating arcade game, but since it's free play I managed to plow through it.

Got a little stuck on the elevator puzzle. lol I also do the little enemy gauntlet and the throwback dungeon.

It is the thirteenth installment in the Medal of Honor series and a reboot of the series. The game was released for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on October 12, 2010. While the previous titles were set during World War II, Medal of Honor takes place during the War in Afghanistan. The game is loosely based on parts of Operation Anaconda; specifically, the events surrounding the Battle of Roberts Ridge.

Follow rescue android Flame as she rides in a giant robot to fight an evil birb's henchmen.

Gameplay involves platforming shenans and accruing a LOT of weapons. Weapons have a durability gauge and will break after hitting things...or you straight-up break it to use a spell. The game also kinda encourages you to break your weapons as if you have too many weapons, you increase the spirit burden, which makes you fight the Horseman (not a hard boss, really) and makes the game a bit harder (enemies do more damage, bosses are a bit tanky). Good thing is that the Horseman gives you weapons when you beat him (too high)...or get a freebie with low burden.

Played on Normal difficulty with 8-bit music!
