Diablo III- Fastest Movement DH Build Evanofbenandgerrys 2012-07-15 | Note- I am not a "serious" player, so my builds are more for fun/ gameplay variety. This is my fastest "Scout" build, which I have used for a while. I recently made some changes to the build, like using jagged caltrops. I can move around the map faster than almost anything in the game. Great for team based gameplay and distractions! Strengths- Good kiting, manuverablity, and discipline Weaknesses- low hp, no hatred use, and weaker atk.
