Welcome to LazyTown (Karaoke w/ Subs) nindanjoe 2007-12-11 | I finally decided to start this up again. An actual Karaoke video for the song "Welcome to LazyTown". This song is from the first UK Soundtrack. I used my original SSA Sing-a-long version and edited it in Aegisub (Advanced Sub-Station Alpha). I'm an amateur at this too, so comments and critiques are welcome. I'm still learning!
LazyTown - Russian Morning News Clip (with English Subs) nindanjoe 2008-04-14 | The Russian Morning News Clip is from lazytown.biz. This news clip probably aired on "Russia TV Channel" during May of 2006. I took that from the filename at lazytown.biz. Hopefully, LazyTown Entertainment doesn't mind me using their video and adding subtitles to it. A big thanks to DarkEdem for taking a big chunk of his time to translate this video, helping with editing, and the notes! =) I must admit you that there are some big notes in the video, you might have to pause the video to see them since the text is going by fast! Gizmo Guy (Karaoke w/ Subs) nindanjoe 2007-12-25 | A Gizmo Guy Karaoke video! There's a pattern developing here. =) Video is from the US DVD "Swiped Sweets" and audio is a mix from that episode plus track 24 of the 1st UK Soundtrack (they called it the Sing-a-long version, or Instrumental or Karaoke as other people call it). Subs made in Aegisub. Short song, so it was easy.
Galaxy (Karaoke w/ Subs) nindanjoe 2007-12-20 | Here's another karaoke video. There's a few extra lines for another person to sing, but I'm not too sure what to call it; that part also only has about 5 lines. Video from the US DVD and audio from the first UK Soundtrack. Subs made in Aegisub which was edited from my old Sing-a-long SSA file.
No Ones Lazy in LazyTown (Karaoke w/ Subs) nindanjoe 2007-12-11 | Another actual Karaoke and not me mislabeling it! This time with to vocal parts, and Male and a Female part. Somewhat difficult to sing to at certain parts, not to mention I made a certain part go to fast. I'm still an amateur so any comments and critiques will help there. The music track in this video is from the the first UK Soundtrack. The title still seems a little cheesy to me and having that online name of mine there doesn't feel quite right. If I'm going to have credits, I should have full credits with all sources... This one took awhile to make. I edited my old SSA in Aegisub (Advanced Sub-Station Alpha) to make all the fades and such. The title seems a little cheesy to me, but I'm still learning that stuff too. =)

I never actually saw an episode of this show, but it seems interesting. The cartoon is only aired in Canada and not the USA. I heard it was aired in Mexico too. I also have no episodes, sorry. LazyTown Icelandic News Video 5 (subtitled in English) nindanjoe 2007-09-11 | Aired around the month of December 22, 2005 on Stöð 2 (Channel 2) in Iceland. Most likely a segment from the news program "Fréttir". (Source: Wikipedia) Pretty boring video. =D It's about business stuff, I was hoping for something not like that. LazyTown - Master of Disguise (Actual Karaoke Test) nindanjoe 2007-02-08 | 'Master of Disguise' from the episode 'Play Day'. You got that right, an actual Karaoke one, sing to the Instrumental track of the song. I'll be vague just in case YouTube uses a word filter to delete videos. Boy, this one took me as long as making the sing-along versions! 0_0 Mainly thanks to experimenting; I really got to learn how to use Aegisub. You can see that the subs need some more work since it looks like I broke a few margin rules. =D I also looked up karaoke examples. There were a few videos I saw that followed the left/right pattern that you will see in the video, I want to credit them, but when I searching again for the videos, I couldn't find it easily, so I'll do that again later. Oh boy, I can only imagine what it'll be like when I do the duet style! Flee! YouTube deleted a few of my sing-along videos (video sources from original folks of course). And they deleted Skootch's account! How dare they!? I'm still trying to figure out what to do with that. Maybe switch to another service... Update (2-9-2007): I'm going to have to delete the majority of my videos. As a result, I will be switching to another service, once I find it. I will also be releasing high quality rips of the Sing-along videos if a DVD version of the video exists. If not that, then upsized videos. I'll also be making a few accounts in order to test out YouTube and to gather potential data to be used against them.

Magnús Scheving - Get Your Jump On! (Closed Captioned) nindanjoe 2006-11-24 | Full title should be: "Magnús Scheving - LazyTown - Family Fitness: Get Your Jump On! (Closed Captioned) (Nick Jr. videos)" =) This is another little project I decided to start on. I noticed on the LazyTown US DVDs there is Closed Captioning data. This made me wonder, why? So I will be making custom Closed Captioning subs for all English LazyTown related videos to find out, "why?" These scripts will be available immediately, most likely in the LazyTown IRC channel being run by Skootch first then somewhere else. Unfortunately they will be in SSA format until I'm done with a good chunk of videos, then I will work on the SRT format. The main reason for that is because I know how to manipulate SRT subs to make it look like some of the multi-line stuff that SSA does; the only problem is that it takes time to do it that way. Anyways, I'm a newb in CC subbing, so if you have any problems and critiques with it, please say something, I need to learn. What's new in this version: Thanks to agisu we got the "Unknown Translation" part done and even corrected the part about Snorri Freyr. And added in a little more text when Julianna speaks Icelandic. Alright! I changed the shade of the colors representing Magnus and the Newswoman to a brighter one as the other ones were a little hard to see. I also got rid of nearly all the Closed Captioned brackets since it was taking up space and isn't really needed. Magnus & Julianna Interview w/ English Subs (Iceland Today) nindanjoe 2006-10-09 | Version 1, this is a rough version of the subs. Thanks to wizard55 for getting the translation and thanks to Siggah for making the translation. I did some editing to the translation script and added in some stuff. I don't know Icelandic, so I used the numbers said to figure out which line went where. There is an [Unknown translation] at some point, but it sounds like Magnus say "Yes...,but...". The video is from the interview uploaded by mizzglamour and the little dancing bit uploaded by marcelin2. Thanks. As you can see, I merged the 2 videos together, and got rid of some the commercial along with the commercial audio. A bigger version will be available at the forums I go to.
