If our oils are not handy, they will not readily become a party of our daily habits and rituals. Therefore, how you choose to display and contain your oils is crucial to the success of utilizing and experiencing these beautiful plant remedies!
Then we look for all the places in the Bible where it mentions the "Trinity". Then we look for all the places where the "Godhead is mentioned".
After discovering the first two phrases are nowhere in Scripture, and that Godhead is only used 3 times, with no definition of a 3 in 1/trinity, then we proceed to discuss a handful of verses trinitarians use to defend their multi-god doctrine.

This will be the first in my "cold yoga series", and I do apologize for the microphone picking up all of my breathing, but it was cold, y'all! I will work on that for next time!
Hope you are inspired to take some deep breaths, get outside, and move with intention! This is a Christ-centered yoga that ends with a prayer.
**please pay attention to your own body, while I do believe your body is capable of handling cold exposure, YOU are in charge of determining your own comfort level, so please listen to your body!**

This video is not meant to convince you to "keep" or "believe" the luni-solar calendar, but it is meant to encourage prayerful and intentional study, specifically in regard to how the Bible tells us to keep track of time.
I will include links to other studies and videos I have found helpful in my journey, but the most important study you can do is quiet, prayerful time with your Bible.
Troy Miller has made some interesting videos about this.

One of the greatest and most in depth documents I found regarding this issue is written by two women from Canada, especially if you come from a Seventh-Day Adventist Background, you will want to read this.

What does the Bible say about the state of the dead and why is it important to know and understand!?
As Christ followers we are not promised an easy walk. All of this uncertainty and pain we are seeing around us are the result of sin, and it will not get easier, in fact, it will ONLY GET WORSE. The pain, the hatred, the evilness is going to start standing out more than ever. Just like birth pangs get worse and more intense as the "coming of the baby" approaches, as Christ's second coming approaches, we will see the FULL impact of what sin leads to.
Now, this does not mean we need to live in fear and sadness. We can have Christ's kingdom of love, peace and joy within us...TODAY. We can choose to build His kingdom now, regardless of the situation that roars around us. We can choose to make a difference for good and prepare everyone around us to look to the way, the truth, and the life. Look to Christ, friends....but do not let the devil trick you into believing that you "deserve" an easier walk or a "totally blissful existence"...it is a lie from the devil that "ease equals good standing with God". God's people will be tried and there will be pain and discomfort, but do not worry friends, "Jesus has overcome the world." And like gold is purified with heat, our struggles will make us stronger.
If Jesus had a daughter?
By: A thankful daughter (Andrea Endries)

If Jesus had a daughter,
I wonder how He’d want her raised.
If He walked upon this earth again
how would he guide her days?
Would He have time to play with her,
whether sports or even dress up?
Or would he rather go to work,
to have money beyond enough.
Would a bedtime story every night,
demand too much of His time?
Would He choose the books He read
with careful guidance of Divine.
How long would He sit with her
to truly know her heart?
Could He listen to her talk for hours
before boredom ever start?
Would He follow the yellow bus
on her first day of school?
Would He help her with her homework,
when she felt like a fool?
How would Jesus treat the mother
of the child He was raising
Would His calm and true demeanor
come no matter what the appraising.
Would the time to build a play house
come before a football game?
Would the time to push her on a swing
rate above great lights and fame?
Would He tell her exactly how to live
With rules and boundaries strict?
Or live in such a way Himself,
she’d notice morality convicts?
When His child stepped outside the bounds
would he punish her with a blow?
Or would he kindly guide her back on track
His rod of love and example to show.
Can you ever picture Jesus Christ
raising His voice up to a yell
at a child who made a mistake
at a little one who fell?
How long would Jesus wait outside
when His daughter is running late
I wonder if He’d beep His horn
too impatient to simply wait.
Would He walk along on every date
to ensure her heart stayed pure,
Or would He trust the love and care he showed
would make her boundaries sure?
Would He care about her education
her sports and even dance;
Would He make time for every event
to be with her at every chance?
How would Jesus show her love?
Would he buy her lots of things,
Or would He take the time He had
to show the joy the Father brings?
I often stop to wonder
how a child grows,
When raised with a perfect father
and still many turn their nose.
The only thing I know
is the power of free will
And I wonder if all children
see their choices are like a pill.
One pill leads to death
The other eternal life
The only chance we have at truth
Is making sure the path is bright.
So to all the fathers in this world
who are bringing up a child
May your focus be to light the good
To make the choice clear without beguile
The only way to ensure
the choice is open and clear
Is to let Jesus raise your daughter
Let Him lead and steer.
(The ending for my dad...)
There are so many things to ensure
You'll always be my Poppi.
But of all the things I'm most thankful for
It's that you let Jesus raise me.

I don't do a lot of coaching in this video (weird, I usually have a lot to say ;)), so please remember to keep your head inline with your spine and your legs. Do not let the low back sway or allow your hips to rise into that pike position.
I will be very honest, I do not practice any sort of new age/eastern religion, and yet I find HUGE benefits from the movements and sequences in a yoga practice. My yoga practice does not invite you to "release yourself" or "invite any spirits" into the practice. This is purely for the benefits of quality movement, and it ends with a prayer of devotion to the One True God. I realize this Christian yoga philosophy is not for everyone, but I am passionate about glorifying my Creator and making sure He is at the center of everything I do. I hope you enjoy the workout!
A HIIT can be done with any modality of movement (walking/running/swimming/biking/marching/burpees...etc)
1:30min normal pace
30 second sprint/increase in effort

Always make sure you consult your healthcare team before beginning a new health routine! ;)
This video is for all levels and will walk you through engaging your core/transverse abdominals, as well as practicing breath control while moving. This is a quick class for those short on time, but it is absolutely challenging for those advanced pilates goers! Remember to modify movements to make them easier or harder as you go!
Enjoy!
AS always, please refer to your healthcare team when embarking on a new exercise program and listen to your body!

Ingredients:
Lavender Essential Oil (Doterra)
Epsom Salt
2 Gallon Chili Recipe:
Saute till onions are translucent (brings out the sweetness of the vegetables)
1 onion
1/2 stalk celery
1/4 cup garlic
2 red/orange peppers
2 Tablespoon Oregano
1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
1 teaspoon Ginger
1 teaspoon Curry (Cumin)
1 teaspoon Fennel seed
Add
1 can Chili beans
1 large can vegetarian baked beans
Rinse & add:
1 can black beans
2 cans kidney beans
(you can soak your beans, we used canned for speed)
Add:
2 large cans diced tomatoes
1 1/2 cup raisins
1 32 oz jar marinara sauce
2 16 oz jars salsa (hot or mild is your choice :))
1 Tablespoon liquid smoke
4 Tablespoons Apple cider vinegar (apple cider vinegar helps cut the gas in beans)
3 Tablespoons Maple Syrup or Agave
Chopped jalapeños to taste :) (keep these very small so they are spread evenly.)
* We often cook lentils to add to the chili, but we went for speed with this video.
* We also love to put the chili over quinoa/brown rice or pasta noodles.
* My father wants me to note that one cannot use too much celery, onion, garlic or diced tomatoes when making chili. :)
* If you are interested in adding a new flavor, add 1/4 cup shredded coconut.

A great quote by Ellen G. White, "Another pernicious habit is that of eating just before bedtime. The regular meals may have been taken; but because there is a sense of faintness, more food is eaten. By indulgence this wrong practice becomes a habit and often so firmly fixed that it is thought impossible to sleep without food. As a result of eating late suppers, the digestive process is continued through the sleeping hours. But though the stomach works constantly, its work is not properly accomplished. The sleep is often disturbed with unpleasant dreams, and in the morning the person awakes unrefreshed and with little relish for breakfast. When we lie down to rest, the stomach should have its work all done, that it, as well as the other organs of the body, may enjoy rest. For persons of sedentary habits, late suppers are particularly harmful. With them the disturbance created is often the beginning of disease that ends in death.
In many cases the faintness that leads to a desire for food is felt because the digestive organs have been too severely taxed during the day. After disposing of one meal, the digestive organs need rest. At least five or six hours should intervene between the meals, and most persons who give the plan a trial will find that two meals a day are better than three." Ministry of Healing pg. 303-304

Fake it Till you Make it doesn't usually sound like great advice for the Christian walk, but this sermon talks about sometimes going through the motions, even when the feelings aren't there, can strengthen our relationship with God and allow Him to fully transform and change us. We may think we can do it on our own, but it is ONLY through God's grace and His faith in His Spirit working in us that we are powerful!
This is a sermon about the practicality of the Christian faith and what can happen when someone believes in you!
Why do we need to reduce waste/trash?

I believe this is an important question because we should ALL have a learning spirit and we should all be looking for the ways in which God is working in our lives.
There are 3 practical tips for being able to easily answer this question and fulfill the advice put forth in 1 Peter 3:15.
1. Morning Devotions.
2. Listen to Podcasts
3. Journal/Pray
