Kabbu takes damage normally via Taunt, Leif takes damage via Hard Charge, and Vi takes damage via Hurricane Toss with Life Cast equipped. Queen's Dinner for the occasional heal, Bubble Shield + Abombination to remove Ancient Artifacts, and Cleanse to remove the Everlasting King's Shield (not used in this battle).
