MAFI HD 445 with SH 45 - Gooseneck coupling & uncoupling MAFI Transport-Systeme GmbH 2020-04-01 | Ein MAFI Schwanenhals wird zum Verfahren von Roll-/Cargotrailern verwendet. Die Auswahl des Schwanenhalses erfolgt nach der Sattellast des eingesetzten Zugfahrzeuges. Die maximal aufnehmbare Sattellast beträgt bei dem SH 36 max. 36.000 kg, bei dem SH 45 max. 45.000 kg. Somit können Lasten von über 200 ton bewegt werden.Der Schwanenhals wird mit der Zunge in den Einfahrtunnel des Roll-/Cargotrailers eingefahren. Die Verriegelung erfolgt automatisch beim Anheben des Schwanenhalses im Einfahrtunnel. Somit ist ein sicherer Transport gewährleistet. Zum Abstellen des Schwanenhalses hat MAFI eine eigens dafür konstruierte Parkbox im Programm.******************************************************************************A MAFI gooseneck is used to move Roll / Cargo trailers. This allows for the transport of loads of over 200 tons.The nose of the gooseneck is inserted into the coupling tunnel on the Roll- / Cargotrailers. The coupling is locked into place automatically when the gooseneck is lifted. This ensures safe transport. To park the gooseneck, MAFI has a specially designed park box available.

Dadurch ist die Brems- und Elektroversorgung des Sattelaufliegers schneller anzuschließen. Der Fahrer arbeitet sicher, komfortabel und effektiv, ohne die Fahrzeugplattform zu verlassen.Durch das hydraulische Anheben des gekoppelten Sattelaufliegers entfällt das zeitaufwendige Hochkurbeln der Stützfüße.
