There are already mods which can do this out there, which is why it took me so long. I first began writing this before anyone else, but I stopped due to a bug I couldn't fix, and soon enough someone else had done it before me because I had already announced it and thereby made the idea public. This caused me to not have enough motivation to continue for quite a while, but recently I got some more motivation and finished it. There are still some quirks to work out, but it's pretty good so far, and afaik better than the other ones.Edit: So it seems Baritone recently implemented an Elytra mode! It's quite smart of them to use larger chunks for navigation and then do the actual elytra movement using a mode! Since the Raspberry Pi Zero has no sound card, I'm transmitting the audio by FM radio from a GPIO pin. The frequency is generated by the GPU clock - it was quite difficult to avoid crashing the kernel with VLC's GPU usage combined with abusing its clock like that, but I managed eventually by timing the startups of all components right. Unfortunately, that also made the start-up quite slow.I am using VLC media player (it is the only one with raspberry pi hardware decoding that I know of) and PiFmRds: github.com/ChristopheJacquet/PiFmRdsI will make the shell script used for this public soon, but it might not work for you. It uses the Log4Shell exploit to get onto a remote server and then patch that server so Log4Shell can never be used again. Standing on a bridge over a train track with an electricity sensor TudbuT 2021-08-31 | I made a device that can detect electromagnetic fields and radiation.Input is 15cm cable as antenna. I'm standing around 3m above the wires.The LED shows the average voltage over the last ~700ms, off being 0V, dim being 2V, on being 3-4V, and very bright being 5V or more. It also has a software oscillator that re-tunes the LED to show the frequencies more clearly (that's why the 700ms average doesnt smear it around very much). The sound is an amplified version of the input.In this video, we see the 16+2/3Hz AC signal of the german train system's power lines. Where the device is, the voltage in the air reaches 4V.
