It is crazy small! It comes preloaded with 5 retro games most people are familiar with. You can play them by using the 4-way D-Pad and 2 action buttons. It has a 72x40 OLED screen and a buzzer which is quiet enough it won't annoy those around you. You can play on it for 2 hours with a single charge. What is awesome is that you can use the micro USB port to charge it, play multiplayer, and program it yourself. All of the games on it are open source, can be modified, or you can create your own using there IDE and MicroPython. Moon Drop Fidget Desk Toy Review - Earth? Mars? Moon? Pluto? The Friendly Reviewer 2021-08-14 | Friend Review of the Moon Drop Science Fidget Desk Toy. (Affiliate Link: amzn.to/3lKXqQ8 ) These elegant looking pieces of metal simulate the gravity on the Earth (Blue), Mars (Copper), and the Moon (Silver) ... almost. How they work is there is a non-ferrous metal piece that drops around a center shaft. Each of them have a different number and configuration of magnets in that shaft. As the metal piece passes through the magnetic field it causes electrons to move which induces a magnetic field which slows it down.We measured the time it took for each of them to fall their full distance which is 3.5 cm. Using that time we calculated the simulated gravity. The Earth dropped a little slower than it should on Earth. Sleek Life Design has launched another Kickstarter for the ONO Jr. which makes the original even better. It takes its concept from rolling two highlighters in your hand to fidget. The Jr version is a little smaller making it better for people with smaller hands and children. It also is lighter and easier to take with you. The rollers are now made of a soft plastic which feel substantial. I really like the feel of them. They have also rounded the end caps nicely so if you have larger hands they won't bother you. The ONO Jr comes in a variety of color black, orange, purple, and teal. Like the original it is completely quiet, so you can use it anywhere. Loopy Looper Review - New Kickstarter Skill Toy & Fidget Toy The Friendly Reviewer 2021-02-09 | Friendly Review of the Loopy Looper. This new Skill Toy and Fidget Toy just launched on Kickstarter. Called the 'original marble spinner' the Loopy Loopy is very similar to the fidget action of spinning a marble in a lid while you think, but with a lot more thought put into it. The Loop portion is made of hard plastic and the weighted ball has a metal core and a soft shell. The Loopy Looper is created by 'Blue Orange Games'.Loopy Looper Kickstarter: kickstarter.com/projects/loopylooper/loopy-looperThere are 4 different Loopy Loopers to choose from which have unique colors and features.FLOW (Green): The most basic and perhaps one of the better options for fidgeting. It's probably not intended for this, but I was able to pull off an interesting trick where I could get the ball to land in the holder portion (high difficulty level)HOOP (Blue): Is a good compromise between a fidget and skill toy. The outside loop is fairly wide, but it also has a hole (hoop) where you can try to catch the ball.EDGE (Purple): Shows off the centrifugal force with very narrow portions on the sides.JUMP (Orange): More on the skill toy side, has a place where the ball can jump. It does need to be going in a certain direction to be successful.Each of the 4 Loopy Loopers has a stand as well as a place to store the ball when it's not in use. The stand can also be used to display them.There are probably a lot of different tricks beyond what I mentioned and showed. This Art Desk Toy can be molded into all sorts of shapes. It's made of 20 wooden balls with a nice matte finish. It comes in the rainbow color scheme as well as a more subdued natural color scheme. On a desk, it looks like a scientific model of DNA or a molecule. You can even shape it into a cell phone holder. As a fidget toy, it's quiet making only slight noises went the wooden balls hit together. Launching on Kickstarter, Knot Dice allows you to use the art of Celtic Knots for creations of your own. It comes with 18 dice, 8 wooden disc games pieces, a book of games, and a book of puzzles. The games range from 1 to 4 players taking between 10 to 30 minutes. Ranging in complexity, some of them are great a great game for kids of young ages as you work as a team to complete the knot designs. In addition to the games and puzzles, I've been using the Knot Dice as a desk toy and fidget toy while I attend meetings. They are great for stacking and making 2D or 3D designs. What separate Insta360 apart from other 360 camera companies is the super easy to use app where you can edit, track, and make videos while you are out and about. Upgraded from the Insta360 One X, the Insta360 One R sound much better which its built-in mic, you can use the USB-C 3.5mm microphone adapter, or using your airpods as a microphone. Scratches or smudges on your 360 camera lenses will ruin that magical effect you get from it. The new form factor of the Insta360 One R allows you to actually sit it down without it falling over on to the lenses. Speaking of the new form, the modular design allows me to carry less gear with me while having a 360 camera and an action cam ready to go. The main reason to upgrade is that it is waterproof down to 5 meters with only the cage around out.
