How I made this video ("Content Quality" notes):
This is my edit of a song from Steven Universe, pieced together from ten-second fragments in one of many languages. It has been paired with a video I made from scratch. At a glance, this appears to be a credits sequence copied directly from Steven Universe, but as I say, I made it myself, taking many hours of work.
Video contains the following elements: Recreated animation based on backgrounds from Steven Universe. Original title cards created by me in the style of the show. A full credits list of the cast and crew of Steven Universe, compiled by hand in Photoshop and layered on top of the background video to make an authentic-looking credits sequence.
This should be considered 'high quality editing' at the bare minimum.

I've put together an instrumental version of the song (either with high-effort editing, or a cover instrumental), and made a lyric video with prompts to help the viewer sing along with the backing music. Each one of these videos can take hours to make, depending on the duration of the song. I have styled the video so that it appears to be similar to the style of the show the music is from. There is a clip of the original media where the song comes from in the background, but it has been distorted to the degree that it is not watchable as an alternative to the original media. It is only included as a vague reminder of the general context of the song in question. This should be considered 'high quality editing' at the bare minimum.
The video uses some elements of copyright footage from the original show, but distorted to the degree that it could not be watched as a replacement for the original media. The audio also uses the original copyright musical composition, although it is either severely edited or an original cover version has been used. This is also not a replacement for watching/listening to the original media. Because of these reasons, the audio and video should be considered fair use under copyright law.

How I made this video ("Content Quality" notes):
This is my edit of a song from Steven Universe, pieced together from ten-second fragments in one of many languages. It has been paired with a video I made from scratch. At a glance, this appears to be a credits sequence copied directly from Steven Universe, but as I say, I made it myself, taking many hours of work.
Video contains the following elements: Recreated animation based on backgrounds from Steven Universe. Original title cards created by me in the style of the show. A full credits list of the cast and crew of Steven Universe, compiled by hand in Photoshop and layered on top of the background video to make an authentic-looking credits sequence.
This should be considered 'high quality editing' at the bare minimum.
