The guitar is plugged directly into my audio interface with a jack cable and that's it. Some reverb added in post. No external microphone. The AP5 original pickup in this guitar was the standard system in Maton's electro-acoustic guitars for many years, and it predates the current AP5 Pro system that Maton are now using across most of their models. This original AP5 has no built-in microphone, it's simply an undersaddle piezo/preamp system.
