ABD basınında geniş yer bulan ortaklık iş dünyasında büyük yankı uyandırdı.
Nasdaq resmi sitesinin yanı sıra Bloomberg ve Mergermarket gibi uluslararası finans medya kuruluşlarında da yer alan habere göre Albayraklar Savunma A.Ş. ve Amerikalı Enerkon International Holding arasındaki müzakereler sonuca bağlandı ve imzalar atıldı.
Amerika’daki kuruluş işlemleri tamamlanan Wattozz Holdings Inc. Ceo’su Benjamin Ballout, şirketin Nasdaq borsasında listeleneceği için heyecanlı olduklarını söyledi ve Wattozz silahı için yaptırdıkları resmi değerleme raporunun 1 milyar doların üzerinde bir rakama tekabül ettiğini belirtti.
Ballout, Kablosuz Elektroşok Silahı Wattozz’un Uluslarasası Polis Teşkilatlarının yanı sıra Amerikan polis teşkilatlarının da gündeminde olduğunu söyledi.
Benjamin Ballout biriken yüklü siparişlerin karşılanabilmesi için Türkiye ve ABD’de iki adet fabrika kurulacağını ve fabrikalar için uygun yer arayışında olduklarını sözlerine ekledi.
Albayraklar Grup Holding Ceo’su Sertan Ayçiçek ise Apple ve Tesla gibi dünya devlerinin yer aldığı Amerikan Nasdaq teknoloji borsasında yer alacak olmalarından dolayı heyecan duyduklarını, rakipleri Taser silahının da aynı borsada işlem gördüğünü ve bu durumda karşılıklı rekabetin çekişmeli olacağından hiç şüphesinin olmadığını söyledi.
Ortaklığın yapısına da değinen Ayçiçek, ABD’de kuruluş işlemleri tamamlanan Wattozz Holdings Inc. şirketinin %49 hissesinin Türk tarafının olduğunu bunun yanı sıra Albayraklar Savunma şirketinin ise %80 hissesinin de yine Türk tarafına ait olduğunu belirtti.
Ayçiçek, genişlemenin sadece ABD ile sınırlı kalmayacağını Albayraklar Savunma firmasını dünyanın en büyük teknoloji firmalarından biri haline getirmeye kararlı olduklarını sözlerine ekledi.

WATTOZZ 2020-01-13 | قال رئيس مجلس إدارة مجموعة شركات البيرق التركية، عدنان البيرق، إن سلاح المسدس الصاعق "واتوز" (Wattozz)، المنتج محليا من مهندسين أتراك، سيحقق قيمة مضافة لتركيا تصل إلى 250 مليون دولار سنويا.

وأضاف "البيرق" لمراسل الأناضول، الأحد، أن مجموعته تلقت طلبات من أكثر من 100 دولة، لشراء المسدس الصاعق "واتوز".

وذكر أن السلاح الكهربائي غير القاتل، صمم بالأساس لإيقاف حركة الأشخاص دون التسبب لهم بأضرار، وأنه أثبت فعالية قصوى خلال الاختبارات.

ولفت "البيرق" إلى أن السلاح يعمل بطريقة لاسلكية، وهذه بالتحديد تعتبر أبرز مميزاته، "ويمكن التحكم في مستوى الصدمة ومدتها من خلال جهاز التحكم عن بعد، فضلًا عن امتلاك الجهاز كاميرا عالية الدقة".

وأوضح أن سوق السلاح لا يقتصر فقط على قوات الشرطة، بل يمكن بيعه إلى المدنيين كوسيلة للدفاع الشخصي في بعض الدول.

والإثنين الماضي، أورد تقرير لمعهد ستوكهولم لأبحاث السلام (سيبري)، اسمي شركتين تركيتين ضمن قائمة أكثر 100 شركة حول العالم بيعا للسلاح خلال 2017.

ووفق تقرير (سيبري)، فالشركتان التركيتان هما: "أسيلسان"، والشركة التركية للصناعات الفضائية (توساش/ تاي).

تمكن مهندسون أتراك من إنتاج جهاز محلي بالكامل للأسلحة، يتميز بتقليل الارتداد والشبَّة في الأسلحة إلى الصفر، ويزيد من سرعة الطلقة ومداها وتأثيرها إلى ما يقارب الضعف، ويتمتع بميزة كتم الصوت.

النظام الجديد طوّره مهندسون يعملون في مجموعة شركات "البيرقلار" (Albayraklar)، ويمكن استخدامه في الأسلحة المركبة على طائرات الدرون العسكرية أيضًا.

رئيس مجلس إدارة مجموعة البيرقلار عدنان ألبيرق، والرئيس التنفيذي للمجموعة سيرتان أيتشيشيك، تحدثا للأناضول عن طبيعة الجهاز المحلي الجديد.

وقال ألبيرق إنه نتيجة دراسات البحث والتطوير التي يجريها المهندسون الأتراك بسرية منذ سنوات طويلة على أنظمة عمل الأسلحة فيما يتعلق بموضوعي الارتداد والشبّة في أنظمة السلاح، فقد تمكنوا من تقليل الارتداد والشبة في الأسلحة إلى الصفر، وذلك بفضل جهاز صغير يشبه كاتم الصوت من ناحية مظهره الخارجي.

وأضاف: "تمكنا بفضل هذا المنتج من منع الارتداد والشبة في جميع أنواع الأسلحة ذات السبطانة الطويلة أو القصيرة، وزيادة سرعة خروج طلقات الناتو القياسية ومداها وتأثيرها إلى الضعف، واخفاء صوت الانفجار أيضاً".

ووفقًا لألبيرق، فإنه في الأسلحة العادية تحتك الطلقة بالثلم والحزوز بنسب معينة داخل السبطانة، وتضغط على فوهة السبطانة في لحظة خروجها منها، وتنطلق من السبطانة بضغط عال، وتتقدم نحو الهدف، لكن أثناء ذلك، يذهب جزء كبير من قوة البارود الموجود داخل خرطوش الطلقة بلا فائدة.

وأوضح أن هذا النظام الذي قاموا بإعداده يسمح للطلقة بالخروج من السبطانة وتسريعها بهدوء بدلاً من خروجها بشكل مزعج.

وتابع: "يزيد الاحتراق إلى الحد الأقصى مع ضمان دخول الهواء لداخل سبطانة النظام، وبضمان احتراق كامل البارود أيضاً، تزداد قوة الدفع إلى الحد الأقصى كذلك، ويتم تفريغ غاز البارود من داخل السبطانة لخارجها بشكل تدريجي، وبهذه الطريقة يعمل مزلاج السلاح بشكل بطيء للغاية وبدون أن يسبب اهتزازات".

وبيّن أن النظام الجديد "قابل للتطبيق على جميع أنواع الأسلحة ذات السبطانات الطويلة أو القصيرة، وهو نظام ملائم لكافة أنواع الذخائر. هو جهاز صغير وخفيف للغاية، ولا يشكل أي ثقل على السلاح".

وأكّد أنه لم تتمكن أي من الأنظمة الموجودة حالياً في العالم، من كاتم للصوت، ومانع للارتداد، وكابح، والفوهة الخافية للدخان وغيرها من منع الارتداد والشبة (وذلك على الرغم من استخدامها لطلقات أقل من سرعة الصوت وتخفيف قوة الطلقات والتي يُعبر عنا بـ (Subsonic). "أما منتجنا، فيتم فيه استخدام طلقات حقيقية".

واستطرد: "في الحين الذين يقوم فيه هذا النوع من الأنظمة الموجودة حالياً في العالم بتبطيء سرعة الطلقات، يزيد منتجنا من سرعة الطلقة ومداها وتأثيرها ونسبة اصابتها إلى الحد الأقصى، ويتميز بميزة كتم الصوت إلى مستويات ديسيبل أقل بكثير من جميع كواتم الصوت للأسلحة الموجودة في السوق".

بدوره قال سيرتان أيتشيشيك، إن لطائرات الدرون أهمية كبيرة في أنظمة الدفاع مستقبلاً، "حتى أن الدول قد نجحت في تشكيل جيوش من طائرات الدرون الخاصة بها".

وأضاف: "يوصف معظم هذه الطائرات بأنها قطعان من طائرات الشبح بدون طيار، ولا يمكن أن تلتقطها الرادارات".

وأوضح أنه يتم في الوقت الحاضر اجراء دراسات ومحاولات على تسليح طائرات الدرون بميزانيات بمليارات الدولارات، لكن عندما يتعلق الأمر بمسألة منع الارتداد والشبة، فيتعذر على هذه الدراسات منعهما على الرغم من بروفيلات الاهتزاز الماصة للضربات القاسية والكبيرة والتي يتم تركيبها أسفل طائرة الدرون لمنع الارتداد والشبة. لذلك كان من المستحيل إصابة الهدف عندما كان من المطلوب إطلاق النار على الهدف بشكل متكرر.

وأردف: "بفضل نظامنا الجديد هذا، الوحيد والأول من نوعه في العالم والقابل للتطبيق على جميع أنواع الأسلحة، لن تحتاج الطائرات بدون طيار (طائرات الدرون) المركب عليها أسلحة بالمزالق إلى بروفيلات من هذا النوع. حيث سيكون من الممكن تركيب الأسلحة مباشرة عليها، حتى على أصغر أنواع طائرات الدرون".

وشدّد على أن "هذا المنتج، الذي سيكون قادراً على تغيير موازين القوى في العالم لميزته هذه فحسب، تم تطوير بقدرات وإمكانات محلية مائة بالمائة. ولقد أسفرت التجارب على المنتج عن نجاح كبير، ومن المتوقع انهاء عملية تسجيل براءة الاختراع لهذا المنتج من أجل البدء بالترويج له".

There is no doubt that drones (UAV) will be of great importance in future defense systems. The countries have already begun to build drone armies. Most of them are described as Ghost Drones Herds, and these drones can not detected on the radars or devices called drone hunters.

Today, works are carried out on the armaments of drones with billion dollar budgets, but at this point desite the large and heavy shock-absorbing suspension mechanisms established under the Drone to prevent recoil they are no capable of eliminating recoil. Therefore, it makes hitting the target while shooting consecutively impossible.

Another disadvantage of these stabilization mechanisms is that they hold the guns fixed in only one direction; therefore they can only fire in the direction of the drone.

Geleceğin savunma sistemlerinde Drone’ların büyük önem taşıyacaklarına hiç şüphe yoktur. Ülkeler kendi drone ordularını kurmaya başladılar bile. Sertan Ayçiçek İkinci Kez Yılın Ceo’su Seçildi

2019 senesinde Özellikle Savunma Sanayi alanındaki başarıları ve Wattozz ürün serisi ile aldığı uluslararası ödüllerle Ülkemizin adını defalarca Dünya basınında duyuran Albayraklar Şirketler Grubu’nun Ceo’su Sertan Ayçiçek İstanbul Marka ve Kariyer Zirvesi Türkiye Altın Marka Ödüllerinde Halk Oylaması ile bu yıl ikinci kez Yılın Ceo’su ödülünün sahibi oldu.
Siyaset, sanat ve iş dünyasından çok sayıda yerli ve yabancı ünlü isimin katılımlarıyla gerçekleşen ve sunuculuğunu Özlem Yıldız ile Şenol İpek’in yaptığı gecede dünyaca ünlü solist Akcent sahne aldı.

Tabancalardaki geri tepme ve şahlanmayı kontrol etmek tüfeklere nazaran çok daha zordur. WATTOZZ T61 tüfeklerde sağladığı üstün başarının yanı sıra tabancalardaki geri tepme ve şahlanmayı da önleyen Dünyadaki ilk ve tek sistem olma özelliğini taşır. Geri tepme ve şahlanmanın yanında mermi çıkış hızının ve menzilinin artması sayesinde tabancalar son derece etkili birer tüfeğe dönüşecektir.
Dünyadaki mevcut, namlu frenleyici, bastırıcı, kompansator, suppressor, alev gizleyen vb. sistemlerin hiçbiri (Subsonic diye tabir edilen ses hızının altında veya barut istihkakları, dolayısıyla güçleri azaltılmış mermiler ile kullanılmalarına rağmen) geri tepme ve şahlanmayı engelleyememektedirler. T61 Drone’lara takılan silahlarda da kullanılacak!
Geleceğin savunma sistemlerinde Drone’ların büyük önem taşıyacaklarına hiç şüphe yoktur. Ülkeler kendi drone ordularını kurmaya başladılar bile. Bunların çoğu Hayalet Drone sürüleri olarak nitelendiriliyor ve bu drone’lar radarlara veya drone avcısı olarak adlandırılan cihazlara yakalanmıyor, tespit edilemiyor.
Günümüzde Milyar dolarlık bütçelerle Drone’ların silahlandırılması üzerine çalışmalar yapılıyor ancak gelinen noktada drone silahlarındaki geri tepme ve şahlanmayı önlemeye yönelik net bir mesafe kat edilemedi. Drone altına kurulan büyük ve ağır darbe emici stabilizasyon düzenekleri geri tepme ve şahlanmayı engellenemiyor. Bu yüzden nişan alınan hedefe art arda ateş edilmek istendiğinde hedefi vurmak imkansızlaşıyor, geri tepme ve şahlanma drone’ları havada savuruyor, sarsıntıdan sabit duramaz hale getiriyor.
Bu büyük düzeneklerin diğer bir dezavantajı ise silahları tek bir yönde sabitleyip sadece drone’un baktığı istikamete doğru ateş edebilmeleridir. Silahlar bağımsız olarak dönüş yapamaz; drone ile birlikte dönüp yön değiştirebilirler. Ateş ederken sabit tutulmaya çalışan drone havada kolay hedef haline gelir. Sarsılma problemi ve silah namlularının dar eksen açıları nedeniyle özellikle hareketli hedeflere isabetli atış yapmak neredeyse imkansızdır.
Bundan böyle WATTOZZ T61 sayesinde üzerlerine büyük düzenekler vasıtasıyla silah monte edilen insansız hava araçları (İHA’lar) bu tarz sönümleme düzeneklerine ihtiyaç duymayacaklar. Silahlar Direkt olarak en küçük polis drone’larına bile monte edilebilecek ve 3 eksenli olarak kontrol edilebilip istenilen yöne doğru drone’dan bağımsız dönüş yapıp seri ateş etme özelliğine sahip olacaklar. Sırf bu özelliği ile bile Dünya’daki güç dengelerini değiştirebilecek WATTOZZ T61 Türk mühendislerimiz tarafından yüzde yüz yerli üretildi dedi.

‘‘THE NEW REVOLUTION IN MILITARY DRONES’’
There is no doubt that drones (UAV) will be of great importance in future defense systems. The countries have already begun to build drone armies. Most of them are described as Ghost Drones Herds, and these drones can not detected on the radars or devices called drone hunters.

The Wattozz electroshock weapon marks a new dawn of personal security in this beautiful country for ordinary citizens, who face the threat of violent crime on an almost daily basis.

In South Africa's current non-lethal device market, there are essentially two types of electroshock device. First, there are direct contact conducted electroshock weapons, which include stun guns and electronic batons. These can only be administered while in close contact with the subject and must at least be within arm's reach of the assailant. Second, there are conducted electroshock weapons that fire projectiles via thin wires to administer shocks. However, the shock is typically limited to the length of the wire and is also limited to a single charge.

Rival weapons which employ now obsolete wired technology are inherently risky due to the limited accuracy brought by the spread caused by the flimsy dangling wires connected to the weapon.

Using obsolete cable technology involves too much risk, Two dart needles connected to the cables coming out of the weapon create an spread of 50 cm or more in the air, it is not possible to target to the right place. That’s why serious injuries have become inevitable.

Old technology darts travels at an 8 degree angle downwrad The spread between two probes increases the further you get from your target with the probes separating one foot for every 7 feet travel and the wires are thin insulated wire and can break easily.

The cable system has completely eliminated in the Wattozz Weapon and thus it is possible to shoot at the desired point.

WATTOZZ Silahlı İnsansız Deniz Aracı

Yüzde yüz yerli ve milli silahlı insansız deniz aracı WATTOZZ, görünüm itibari ile tamamen bir vatoz balığı şeklinde ve büyüklüğünde olup bu alanda dünyada tektir.
WATTOZZ su altında balina, yunus balığı gibi hayvanların çıkardığına benzer nitelikte kriptolu akustik ses dalgaları ile kumanda edilir.
Silikon kaplı dış gövdesiyle canlı bir vatoz balığı ile hemen hemen aynı görünüm, boyut ve hareket yeteneğine sahip olmasının yanısıra uyku modunda deniz zemininde hareketsiz durabilme özelliği ve sinyal emici boya ile kaplanmış iç kabuğu sayesinde sonarlar tarafından ne deniz zemininde ne de hareket halindeyken tespit edilebilmesi olanaksızdır.
Normalde bir gözlem aracı olarak kullanılacak olan WATTOZZ kara sularımızda olası bir saldırı anında hedefteki bir denizaltıyı yada savaş gemisini batırmaya sebep olacak bir bombayı söz konusu hedefe ulaştırma ve patlatma özelliğine sahiptir.

WATTOZZ SIDA

WATTOZZ is an armed unmanned underwater vehicle. By appearance, it is completely in the form and size of a stingray fish; with this feature it's unique in the world.
WATTOZZ is controlled by cryptographic acoustic sound waves similar to that of animals such as whales and dolphins under water.
It has almost the same appearance, size and movement ability with a live stingray fish; with its silicone-coated outer surface, as well as the ability to stand still on the sea floor in sleep mode and the inner shell covered with the signal absorbing paint, it is impossible for the radars (sonars) to detect WATTOZZ neither on the sea floor nor on the move.
WATTOZZ, normally used as an observation vehicle, has the ability to transport and explode a bomb that would cause submarine or war ship sinking in case of a possible attack on our land waters.
