Joseph Wright-Bad RepublicanOn July 11th 2024, in the neighborhood of Parkview South, in Pasadena TX juSt SE of Houston, when headed to my parents house in that neighborhood, a Hispanic woman in a dark blue full sized SUV was traveling 5-10mph in a 30mph zone. 2way traffic, 1 lane ea way separated by double yellow line, so legally no passing zone. I honestly believed she was looking for an address or person possibly by the way she was driving (brake checking me as well, or was she???), so illegal or not, I crossed over the double yellow line and went around her as we were approaching the stop sign on Parkview Drive. Rather than stop behind me at this point, she apparently became agitated, illegally crosses the double yellow line herself, runs the stop sign, and jumps back in front of me again doing 5-10mph. I'm thinking, wtf? Really? So I attempt to go around her once more, at which time she again illegally crosses the double yellow line except this time it's to ram my Lil silver car off of the road. I give my statement to State Farm, who informs me that they most likely will be denying her claim. Oh she couldn't have that though as apparently her pride would not allow that she had in any way done anything wrong. I don't know if she paid the man living at the corner where this occurred to lie for her(cuz when this happened he was facing the opposite direction), nor do I know exactly what her statement was. What I know, is that even with clear cut video footage from the house opposite of the "witness" she had coaberate her lie, clearly showing and proving my side of the story and her assault on me using her vehicle, somehow I was the liable party for having initiated the situation in the first place. I committed 2 passing violation, she committed 3 violations 1 of which should have been a felony in many regards. Yet according to State Farm I was liable for passing her illegally in the first place? So, I guess if you pass someone illegally now days they are permitted to ram/assault you with their vehicle for doing so? At least that is the message that this incident sends. Right? DROP STATE FARM INSURANCE ASAP PLEASE BEFORE THIS HAPPENS TO YOU. CHECK OUT THIS VIDEO PLEASE, LIKE AND SHARE THE H*** OUT OF IT TOO. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH
