Drowned and Dreamt {Tarzan/Ariel; Disney Crossover} GloriousHysteria 2016-01-01 | About time I did another vid for these two. Please read plot if confused and watch in 720.All song info is in the credits. (Although I'd be surprised if you didn't know it already)-I give full credit to the artists and songs used in this video. I do not claim any of the material to be my own.-PLOT: contains spoilersTarzan and Ariel are both human and are happily together, until Ursula comes along and sinks their home into the depths of the ocean. She turns Ariel into a mermaid leaving Tarzan deserted on a n island wondering where she is. Ariel lives in their home under the sea (pun intended) constantly reminded of Tarzan. As time goes on, Tarzan reluctantly believes that Ariel must be dead since he hasn't found her while Ariel remembers their time together, particularly when he proposed to her. Ursula comes along and explains to her she can turn her human again if she wishes but Ariel refuses, not trusting her, even though she greatly misses her husband. She goes to the surface and sings, letting out all her grief. Tarzan hears her and finds her once again. The couple rejoice despite Ariel being a mermaid, finding it to be enough that they're together again but unfortunately Ursula finds out about their love. Ursula persists with Ariel but she still refuses until one day Tarzan gets into a fight with a leopard. Ursula shows this to her and fearing for his life, she agrees to become human, even though she will belong to Ursula in three days time. The two make the most of the little time they have together and face Ursula together. Her sheer strength is too much for them, as she transforms Ariel into a sea creature. In shock, Tarzan is killed by Ursula but consequently Ursula is killed by an incoming ship, transforming Ariel back into her human form. Realising Tarzan is dead, Ariel can't bare living without him and decides to kill herself. The two meet again in the afterlife where they remain happy.Kind of a depressing end but with the tone of the song I couldn't imagine a completely happy ending?

I do not claim any of the material to be my own.-PLOT (separated it into pairings just to make it easier):Frollo and Ariel:Ariel dreams of being human and prays that she will be able to be one someday. Frollo hears her prayer and starts hallucinating her, falls in love with her. Frollo's fantasises over Ariel constantly, consumes him so much he prays to God for this woman to be real (not knowing she is a mermaid). His and Ariel's prayer come true as she suddenly becomes human and is brought to him. While he's pleased to meet her, Ariel isn't having imagined falling in love with a guy more her age. Frollo resents her for this and prayers for her to love him while she becomes depressed, seeing how deranged and pervy he is. Frollo sells his soul in order for his prayers to be answered but it was the devil listening instead of God. He solves Frollo's problems by becoming him and transforms Ariel into a demon who adores him. In their new forms, Ariel and Frollo strike terror upon the world. They burn it and the people alive, loving every moment of it. When a man starts lusting after Ariel she can't believe the idiocy of it since that is what got Frollo into the situation he's in, and he quickly kills the man doing it. Frollo and Ariel eventually destroy every last living thing and it becomes a new Hell for them.Kida and Ursula:Atlantis is a dying society, having struggled with its way of life since being forced under the ocean. Ursula sees Kida one day in her magic ball thingie and an idea springs into mind. Kida ventures out into the ocean one day and meets Ursula, Kida loves her sass and develops feelings for her. Ursula tells Kida that Atlantis will fall into more destruction but she has a solution which involves giving Kida great powers. Hardly waiting for a response, she transforms Kida into a God-like being. Kida is a giant, possessed by Ursula and unaware that she is destroying Atlantis. It is in this state, Kida remembers how Ursula was responsible for putting Atlantis under the ocean in the first place and for the death of her mother. Unknowingly, Kida kills her own father and is left forever in Ursula's power.Hades and Esmerelda:Hades sees Esmerelda one day and thinks she could work for her him if he gives her the power to produce fire. Hades offers Esmerelda the deal and she accepts. Hades and Esme get along great and enjoy showing off their powers. Hades realises Esme could become far powerful as a dragon to which she agrees so he makes her one. Esme enjoys being a dragon and assists Hades in a killing spree. Her attempts in killing a man become unsuccessful though as he manages to kill her first. While furious at first, Hades hardly mourns Esme as he finds another woman to take her place.Meg and Jafar:Meg and Jafar are in a happy relationship until one day Meg gets a flashback of her life with Hercules. Meg ignores it until she starts getting more flashbacks. When she sees Jafar using his staff to brainwash someone, she suddenly remembers how he had used it on her. Meg continues to think about Hercules and realises how much she loved him, she breaks it off with Jafar knowing he brainwashed her to forget about Hercules but he tells her Hercules is actually now dead. However, Meg finds Hercules and he tells her Jafar was lying to her, he survived the attack. Jafar discovers them together and is not happy, transforms into a genie in order to get Meg back. Meg and Hercules attempt to run away from Jafar but fail. Jafar traps and teleports Meg to an unkown snowy place while he keeps Hercules busy by becoming a huge snake. Hercules manages to kill Jafar but was not in time to save Meg as she died in the snow....This all just sounds batsh*t crazy written down, when I was making it it didn't seem that way quite so much.Now I would write more about how this video nearly destroyed me but I need to sleep cause it's getting on for 4am which sort of emphasises that point anyway. I never thought I'd reach this many and it kind of makes me giddy that I have so thankyou!Contains femslash. Don't like it, go away.I decided to do a multi-crossover since it's been awhile since I've done a crossover that isn't entirely focused on Tarzan and Ariel (emphasis on the word entirely).I think it's fairly easy to understand the plots for each couple but in case there's any confusion (SPOILERS GALORE);Jasmine and Meg - They meet and instantly fall for eachother. One day, Jasmine sees Meg with Hercules and instantly assumes they're having an affair. Meg denies it, saying they're just friends as she's a lesbian, but Jasmine won't believe her. Meg tries to make her understand but Jasmine refuses to talk to her. When Jasmine sees how truly upset Meg is she realises it's her own insecurities making her think the worst and they become happy again.Jane and Beast (Adam) - Beast is in love with Jane but she doesn't know it as she's in love with another man (unbeknownst to her that man is Beast). She's terrified of him at first but once she realises the beast is who she loves, she gradually warms up to him. Jane sees how painful it is for Beast to be in his beast form. It's clear that they are both in love with eachother so Beast is turned human again and everyone's happy.Esmerelda and Aladdin - Aladdin is infatuated with Esmerelda from seeing her perform. They get to know eachother and she becomes interested in him also while he falls for her. At a festival, Esmerelda sees Aladdin as a prince. She realises how he was hiding his status and true nature (arrogant, deceitful, flirtatious) in order to get close to her and is furious. They argue and she refuses to see him anymore. Esmerelda moves on with Phoebus while Aladdin regrets what's done. Tarzan and Ariel - Ariel and Tarzan are in a relationship. She can become human at will but she must return to the sea and be a mermaid every day. Tarzan is unaware of her being a mermaid until he sees her one day at sea. Shocked, he no longer wants to see her even in human form. Tarzan regrets his decision and Ariel realises this when she sees him at shore. They start seeing eachother again while stays both human and mermaid and remain happy together.- - -All song info is in the credits.Thanks for watching!
The Weight of Us {Tarzan/Ariel; Disney Crossover} GloriousHysteria 2013-04-01 | Started this way back in January but then I had to go back to uni and so wasn't able to finish it until now. 9th vid of these two and counting. Even I don't know how I'm still cranking out vids for them.Like usual, the plot's pretty easy to understand but just to clear up any confusion:Ariel sees Eric and it's love at first sight, likewise for Tarzan with Jane. Ariel's dreamed of becoming human all her life and it's Eric that gives her that last final push to actually do it. Her father's less than willing so she goes to Ursula. Meanwhile, Tarzan saves Jane and learns more about humans.The deal Ariel makes with Ursula is that she can be human for a few days but will only remain human if she gets her true love's kiss. If she doesn't, she transforms back into a mermaid and belongs to Ursula. While hesitant, she eventually agrees and becomes human, instantly meeting Eric on the surface.He takes her to his camp with Jane where she also meets Tarzan. Eric and Jane teach them how to dance where Tarzan starts to question his feelings for Jane, as he seems far more interested in Ariel. However, Ariel is still hopelessly in love with Eric until she sees a drawing of Tarzan that Jane drew.She starts seeing him in a different light when she realises, years ago, she could have witnessed his parents deaths and tells him about it. As the news sinks in, Ariel returns to camp only to see Eric and Jane sharing an intimate moment and it dawns on her the two are actually a couple.She becomes distraught knowing that she's going to turn back into a mermaid and be Ursula's prisoner. Tarzan comforts her and she decides to make the most of her time left and spends it with him, which only causes her feelings to grow.When she turns back into a mermaid, everyone is shocked but Tarzan especially since he wasn't even aware of their existence. Confused and hurt, he runs away.Ariel goes back to the ocean and is miserable with Ursula. Tarzan regrets acting so rashly and wishes they could be together. When Ariel thinks she can take no more of Ursula's presence, Eric saves her and she returns to the surface world. Only Hope {Disney} GloriousHysteria 2012-12-19 | After doing such a depressing video last time, I really needed to make a sweet, fluffy one so here we are. Maybe it's something about Christmas coming up and making me feel nostalgic but all I want to vid lately is Disney. Oh well.There are a lot of couples in this one, I included every single one which I have the film of on my laptop, excluding the animal pairings. Don't ask me why, I just didn't feel like putting them in. What can I say, I've just been really inspired for them recently. What if this Storm Ends? {Tarzan/Ariel; Disney Crossover} GloriousHysteria 2012-08-14 | Sorry if this seems a bit repetitive to my other vids of these two but this is my...7th (huh I didn't even know I made that many) vid and ideas are starting to run thin. I'm not obsessed with them I swear *shifty eyes*.Plot's pretty easy to understand:Tarzan and Ariel meet. Fall in love. Ursula notices. Jane, Clayton, Archimedes (Jane's dad) arrive at the island and Ursula manipulates Ariel into thinking that if she doesn't become human Tarzan will go be with Jane. So Ariel agrees too it, this time the rule being she has to give up her voice on land at night but can have it when she's a mermaid during the day. She spends time with Tarzan and Jane. Jane's not interested in him and is all real life OTP with them. Clayton's suspicious about Ariel since she's only around at night. Finds out she's a mermaid. Takes Tarzan and Jane hostage so he can kidnap her and make lots of money. Ursula crashes the party. Triton switches places with Ariel and Ursula goes all monstified while Tarzan and Jane are stuck in the ship. Try to escape while Ariel's in danger but don't. Instead the ship their in kills Ursula who doesn't notice in time since she's too preoccupied with trying to kill Ariel. Jane leaves to go back to England. Triton makes Ariel human. Tarzan and Ariel are happy and Jane's happy her OTP is canon.I kind of didn't realise until after I hadn't shown what happened to Clayton so let's just say he fell overboard during the whole Ursula monstified bit and drowned. Disarm {Young Justice} GloriousHysteria 2012-08-04 | Now I've started vidding this fandom I can't stop.This vid focuses on the first team (the main six that is) and basically how they've changed through the two seasons emotionally. I started with Failsafe/Disordered since that's personally where I think they all grew up a hell of a lot and weren't considered 'sidekicks' or 'teenagers' anymore. I tried to show each of the character's insecurities and how each of them had become everything they never wanted to be in the second series simultaneously losing the innocence inside of them that was there in the first one. Passion {Glen Keane Tribute; Disney} GloriousHysteria 2012-03-26 | On March 23rd 2012, Glen Keane resigned from Walt Disney studios. He was one of the head animators at the studios and created some of Disney's most memorable characters; Ariel, the Beast, Aladdin, Tarzan, Pocahontas, Rapunzel - the list goes on. His work within Disney over the past 38 years has been revolutionary and he will undoubtedly be missed. He's been an inspiration to many, myself included, and all I can hope is that he continues his work and explores the new territories he wishes too. This is just a short video of my personal favourite characters he created and just a few of the inspirational quotes he has made about animation as an artform and on Disney (taken from various interviews he's had over the years - some have been abbreviated a little). Floating on a Tidal Wave {Tarzan/Ariel: Disney Crossover; for Katie} GloriousHysteria 2012-03-16 | THIS IS FOR ANOTHER BABE KATIE. I've been meaning to make you a Tariel vid for so long (ever since you did that one for me all those months ago) and I think I mentioned this idea to you aaagggeeesss ago so here it is! I seriously contemplated making a Snow/Serah vid as we've been fangirling so much over them but I didn't know where to download any FF footage so anyway hopefully you'll like this one instead ;P Love you dear!- - -I cannot tell you how good it feels to be vidding my ultimate OTP again. THESETWOJUSTGIVEMEALLTHEFEELINGS. I hadn't realised how much I'd missed it! And this song just screams them to me xD I tried to steer clear of it being similar to my other vids, which is why there's no real villainous threat in this one. STORY (although it's pretty easy to understand): Tarzan and Ariel have been best friends for many years, despite the fact neither of their families approve of their relationship because he's a human and she's a mermaid. Both of them long for something more though, but don't do anything about it because of their families. One day, after another fight with her father, Ariel has enough and goes to Ursula to see if she can become human in some way. Ursula agrees too it and makes it possible for Ariel to transform into a human at night while being a mermaid by day.Ariel and Tarzan are happy with this situation for many weeks, something which doesn't go unnoticed by their families as Ariel's sisters point out to Triton that she's clearly in love. Curious about it, one day Triton follows Ariel and sees her transform into a human, making him depressed as he knows he can't let it continue. He goes upto the surface and sees her with Tarzan and reluctantly transforms her back into a mermaid permanently, forbidding her from ever going to the surface again.Tarzan and Ariel are both sad with the sudden destruction of their relationship and thus take it out on their families, feeling as if they'd still be happy if they didn't have a problem with it. One day, Ariel can't take it and goes to the surface just to see if Tarzan is there and realises he's as equally sad as her. They remember the memories they've shared together and eventually Karla goes to Tarzan and says that she just wants him to be happy, even if that means he wants to be with Ariel. When Ariel is meant to be performing with her sisters and doesn't show, Triton's furious and asks her why she doesn't show, she blurts out she still loves Tarzan and Triton finally sees what he's been putting her through by making her a mermaid permanently.He changes her into a human and everything's hunky dory with everyone.(( I kinda left it open to interpretation whether or not this was permanent so if you want it can still be a situation where she's a human in the day and mermaid at night or something.))- - -There were a few issues with this one, mainly the fact I had to remake all my manips again of them since I've got better quality footage, but it was a small price to pay for it. Rendering it was a problem too since I had to render it into parts and then render the whole thing and blah blah blah enough rambling.Thanks for watching!

Heavy in Your Arms {Pocahontas} [SYTYCV] GloriousHysteria 2011-10-28 | Group A: Love - Fear - RegretJUDGES NOTES: While the emotion love was shown quite clearly between John and Pocahontas, I tried to present the other two emotions a little more subtely. Like for Fear, I tried to show a general fear of death such as when Kocuum has been killed, he fears his own death, but Thomas also fears over his capability of killing. I also tried to show how John feared for his death once he was captured for appearing to have done the killing and Pocahontas's fear that he will die.With Regret, I tried to show how the leader of the native tribe regretted his choice in the divide between black and white people since it lead him to nearly killing someone. Finally with John's leaving, I attempted to show how Pocahontas regretted his leaving because she was still in love with him.- - -Okie dokie, now that's over with, I really enjoyed doing this vid, simply because Pocahontas is such a stunningly beautiful film IMO. While the story is simple, I just love the amount of character development there is in it for all the characters, not just the main ones. Overshadowed {Ron Weasley} [SYTYCV] GloriousHysteria 2011-09-13 | The quote at the beginning is taken out of the locket scene in DH {Chapter 19, The Silver Doe for all you muggles}.When I found out what this challenge was, well...there was only one clear choice for me. I just have so many feelings when it comes to this boy that I could probably write a 15 page essay about him. That's not an exaggeration. I just love him so much and I will never forgive the film's bastardised portrayal of him. {JUDGES NOTES: The main focus of this is obviously how Ron's always been in Harry's shadow, and how his destroying the locket (which is essentially a symbol of all his fears and insecurities) is a real turning point in his life. He realises how he is needed in his friendship to Harry and Hermione, that he isn't just the 'third wheel'. What also helps his fear of being overshadowed, is the fact that Hermione chose him in the end, not Harry.}The screencaps to choose from for this video were an absolute fail. But #3, #7 and #9 are crossovers in the Non/Disney Animated fandom. [Non/Disney means including animated movies that aren't made by Disney but by other Animation Studios like Dreamworks etc]. #7 is easy enough to understand. But some info is needed for the other two.#3 focusses on the theme of obsession, comparing between two men, one who has spent his entire life obsessing over one woman [Frollo/Esmeralda, the older man and dancing woman] (Arguably, this couple can be considered AU or Canon, depending on how you view it). The other man is at the beginning stages of the obsession [Omar/Jasmine; guy with orange hair and girl with longer black hair].#9 was the idea of a complete Alternate Universe where one character leads to another in this crossover world. It's probably easier to understand when you watch it.- - -I specifically chose these videos from looking through the various rounds in the competition so I tried to show my versatility as an editor by showing examples (or videos similar) to the rounds. Not to say it hasn't been difficult, I started screaming the other day with my self control being about inch wide when I saw they released the Chamber of Secrets scene. I mean seriously? Come on! That's not even fair! Anyway, I have stayed strong and resisted. 12 Days and it's all over. Just...wow. I'm going to be crying my poor little heart out when I see it :') I've been wanting to do this vid for awhile now since every Potter fan should know who this singer is and since H/Hr got a song by him in the movie (which is not romantic in the slightest so it just emphasises how platonic their relationship is whadeufsebfdsdbnbaiondeaio) I wanted to give Ron and Hermione their song by him. I pretty much fell in love with it the moment I heard it too :P Apologies for my absence as well, with exams and everything there hasn't been much time to vid. More Than Ever Before {Disney} GloriousHysteria 2011-06-02 | The moment I heard the instrumental at the end of this song, I pretty much dropped all the other projects I was working on and started this :PIt was originally going to be about my three personal favourite canon couples (Beast/Belle, Hercules/Megara and Tarzan/Jane) but the lyrics fitted Eric/Ariel and Phoebus/Esmeralda so here it is. Realised though there are hardly any decent Phoebus/Esmeralda scenes, there's only about three :/ Oh well. Was going to include Eugene (YES HIS NAME IS BLOODY EUGENE STOP CALLING HIM FLYNN PEOPLE AHSDRSEFGHGTY) and Rapunzel but the non 2Dness ruined the flow. Stupid Disney choosing not ot make it in 2D.I know the quality of my copy of Hercules needs serious improvement gahhhhh. Strange Infatuation {Omar/Jasmine and Frollo/Esmerelda} GloriousHysteria 2011-04-24 | What madness is this? Three videos in one week? And a crossover? New record for me I think. Maybe I should just quit college so I can vid like this all the time :PHands down, one of the best songs ever. Easily in my top five of all time favourites, which is why I was so happy I didn't have to re-pitch it.All you really need to know about this is it focuses on the theme of obsession. To prevent confusion though...PLOT: Frollo is infatuated with Esmerelda, so much so that his mind is plagued by thoughts of her constantly. His very existence revolves around her, despite her showing no sign of reciprocating these feelings. Omar and Jasmine are in a relationship, it starts off happily with a few ups and downs but eventually, Omar's true colours show and it's obvious he only really cares about himself. One day, Jasmine gets sick of it and leaves him. When Omar sees her kissing Aladdin, he's beyond furious, finally realising what he's lost. It becomes clear how strong his feelings are for her and he regrets treating her the way he did. Instead of trying to get Jasmine back though, he obsesses over their relationship, remembering every little detail about it. He does nothing else except think of her and hates his life without her in it.Frollo is driven to the point of insanity with his 'love' for Esmerelda and thinks if he can't have her, no-one can and tries to kill her. However, things don't go as planned and instead he ends up dying.Basically what I tried to do was mirror the similarities between Omar and Frollo, and aimed to show that if Omar continued obsessing with Jasmine the way he was, he would end up like Frollo.This was actually loads of fun to make, MAINLY BECAUSE OMAR IS STRANGELY ATTRACTIVE! In case any of you don't know, he's out of the film Rock and Rule, WHICH IS SO FRIKIN AMAZING! Rather trippy too.Tried out a new sort of colouring for me, it's a bit meh at the beginning but I do like it when it's more colourful. Hope {Harry Potter} GloriousHysteria 2011-04-23 | Gah. A little part of me died inside having to re-pitch this song. This band can do no wrong! I've been dying to vid a song by them as well,, since they're definitely one of my all time favourites.Made this in a day, mainly because I wanted to finish another vid before I'm back at college, hence the reason for another upload. 2 in one week? That''s madness!I wanted to show how visually impressive these set of films are (is it obvious I think POA is the most beautiful? :P), something I've always loved about them. It's only beginning to hit me that they'll be finishing soon, I think I've been in a state of denial for awhile.
