Zerops 3.0 is a massive update that marks the end of building "in the shadows"[cite: 137, 141]. After rebuilding every layer from the ground up since April 2025, the platform now offers a powerful middle ground between "magic box" PaaS and complex cloud setups[cite: 4, 141].
Instead of hiding complexity, Zerops optimizes for understanding[cite: 6, 88]. It gives you full depth with SSH access, logs, and configuration topology without forcing it on you[cite: 12, 13]. By using system containers instead of Kubernetes, it provides a unique way to scale production applications with 99.99% uptime[cite: 5, 19, 20].
Key Takeaways from Zerops 3.0:
* Multi-Region: The US region is now live with a simple toggle in the UI[cite: 28, 29].
* Receipts: These are not just templates but productized DevOps knowledge for one-click production deploys[cite: 81, 103].
* Database Power: Direct IP access for PostgreSQL with dedicated read ports to split workloads[cite: 75, 77].
* Advanced Security: Support for Passkeys, Fido2, and hardware keys via a new OAuth system[cite: 18, 33].
* Observability: First-class receipts for ELK or Prometheus to monitor your stack with one click[cite: 57, 59].
* ZLI Updates: A powerful CLI to manage VPNs, environment variables, and infrastructure from the terminal[cite: 108, 111].
Zerops is built for developers who want to run real applications in production with transparency and fair pricing[cite: 5, 142].

This session from 4YFN at MWC Barcelona cuts through the hype to address the reality that most people are too afraid to talk about. We aren't just looking at new tools; we are looking at the end of work as you currently know it.
If you think your career is safe just because you have a degree or a decade of experience, youโre missing the point. These panels break down how roles are being dismantled and rebuilt in real time. Whether you are leading a team or trying to save your own skin, you need to understand the new rules of human and AI collaboration before you get left behind.
What Youโll Learn
AI Wonโt Steal Your Job, But...
A blunt discussion on how organizations adopt tech at high speed. Our speakers discuss the leadership strategies needed to keep people relevant as the ground constantly shifts.
Product and Engineering in the Real World
Forget the theory. This is a hands-on look at what happens when teams actually use AI every day. We cover what actually works, what is a waste of time, and why most AI rollouts fail miserably.
0:00 Introduction
2:30 The fear of AI and its effects. What are developers doing now that code is "needed no more"?
5:20 AI is changing the way we develop software: Docker
12:10 Docker Rust, the voice of Developers. Is it still worth it to learn how to code? Is AI making people dumb?
17:10 Career path in tech before and after
24:08 Architects, Accountants, and Logo Bricks in the era of AI
26:00 Fear of AI, about jobs that are easily automated, what developers don't tell employers
Conclusion and closing thoughts. AI will not steal your job

In this talk, I break down the "Rust is impossible" myth by comparing the first two weeks of Python, C++, and Rust. We explore why the difficulty isn't about the language itself but about the bad habits we have to unlearn. From the "strict boss" nature of the Borrow Checker to the root of all evil in C++, we look at how Rust handles memory and concurrency differently.
If you have ever struggled with ownership or felt intimidated by lifetimes, this is for you. Rust is not hard. It is honest.

Stop building chatbots that just talk. Itโs time to build AI Agents that actually work.
In this video, we dive deep into the revolution of AI Agents and the Model Context Protocol (MCP). One of the biggest hurdles for developers today is moving beyond "chatting" to creating systems that take concrete actions without hallucinating. The secret? Connecting your LLMs to certified, real-time data.
We explore how Openapi provides the ultimate infrastructure for this, offering a Marketplace with over 400+ API productsโranging from company data and real estate to vehicle and people informationโall in one centralized hub.
๐ What we cover:
Beyond Hallucinations: Why certified data is the only way to build reliable AI.
The Openapi Marketplace: Accessing 400+ APIs with no annual fees and a "pay-as-you-go" model.
MCP Deep Dive: How the Model Context Protocol allows AI to "read" APIs autonomously.
Developer Experience: Using official SDKs (Rust, Go, Node.js, Python) to eliminate "glue code."
Real Use Cases: How leaders like Tech Salary (Datapizza) and Blank (Crรฉdit Agricole) leverage this ecosystem.

If you are integrating data into ERPs like Odoo, CRMs like HubSpot, or building the next generation of autonomous agents, Openapi provides the structured data needed to modernize business processes.
0:00 Hard times for developers! - Simone De Santis Introduction
2:16 The current challenge: moving from simple chatting with AI to building agents. How to avoid LLM hallucinations on professional services.
6:30 The unique Marketplace solution: the uniqueness of having over 400 API products (Companies, Vehicles, Real Estate, People) centralized in a single hub.
9:55 The Openapi model. How does it work, and how do you use it?
12:32 The role of RAG technology: how structured APIs facilitate innovation paths and the modernization of business processes
15:50 Deep dive into MCP (Model Context Protocol): explaining how this standard allows AI to "read" and understand APIs autonomously
21:25 Real, tangible use cases: citing examples like Tech Salary (Datapizza) or Blank bank (Crรฉdit Agricole) to demonstrate reliability
24:45 The integration ecosystem: the availability of data already within ERPs like Odoo and CRMs like HubSpot
26:20 Focus on Developer Experience: the importance of having official SDKs (Rust, Go, Node.js, PHP, Python) to avoid writing "glue code" from scratch
30:15 Final Message and what's next

In this video, I invited Joshua Mo, the maintainer of the open source project "Rig" (the "LangChain" of Rust), to build a scalable, modular AI application from scratch.
We also use PyO3, a crate that connects Python with Rust.
fun fact: We tried to code this entire session WITHOUT using AI assistance. No Copilot. No ChatGPT. Just raw Rust coding and a lot of suffering.
๐ What we cover in this session:
Rust vs. Python for AI: Why high-performance agents need Rust.
The "Rig" Library: A deep dive into the 5k+ star library that is changing the ecosystem.
Recursive Language Models (RLM): How to let an LLM write and execute its own code.
Python in Rust: Using PyO3 to bridge the gap between the two languages.

In this video, I am officially announcing the Rust Bootcamp Season 2! You asked for it: "Francesco, we understand ownership, now we want to get our hands dirty." So, that is exactly what we are going to do.
On January 16th, we will focus entirely on building real projects, diving deep into Rust web frameworks for the backend, and exploring how to use AI libraries.
This is your roadmap for 2026. Let's crush it together.
