Slick by functionxd (me) function 2025-02-23 | [Dedicated to the GOAT Slick]Here it is, a new function solo. A few weeks ago I randomly got the urge to make something a bit different than what I usually do and this was the result. The level is mostly inspired by 64x and a bit of pla, it's not a perfect level but I think considering I've never really done more simplistic stuff like this I'm pretty happy with how it came out and it was overall quite fun to build. Maybe I'll make more stuff like this in the future, idk, I don't plan on making another solo anytime soon. This level is an indirect sequel to my previous solo Kandyman as they're both named after friends of mine, I'm not sure why I've decided to name my solos after my friends but I guess this is a series of sort now. I Wanna Kill The Kamilia 3 | Kamilia (Final Boss) function 2024-11-28 | After 112 hours of ingame time and about 40 hours in practice tool i finally cleared this game. What a journey this has been, when i first started getting into fangames i couldnt imagine myself ever clearing this but here i am 8 months after first launching k3. Its hard to put into words how this feels but im so incredibly happy i pushed through all the challenges this game threw at me and i stand victorious. The game isnt over yet though, i do plan on doing a lot of the extra content so stay tuned.The boss itself is incredibly fun and one of the best in the game imo, even though it didnt take me the longest this is most definitely the hardest boss in the main game and its not even close. Special thanks to:Merg - for the motivation his playthroughs of k2 and k3 gave me to keep going.Mastermaxify - for being a great source of entertainment and motivation with his k3 series, as well as being the first place i saw this gameViper and Iris - for being great friends and supporting my journey with this game while playing alongside meTM and Wespdx - theres a high chance i wouldnt have even finished this game or atleast not this quickly had wesp not invited me to this friendgroup, thank you all for keeping me sane during the worst of grinds like s5 and for just being good buddies. I Wanna Kill The Kamilia 3 | M-Stage function 2024-11-20 | Despite not liking a few jumps this is overall an incredibly fun area of the game, the needle is generally very good and the time limit means theres 0 downtime which adds a lot of pressure and i kinda like that. I havent played much hard needle for a while so i was kinda washed coming into this which is why it took me a decent while to get it done.around 6 hours of attempts and about 3 hours of practice = ~9hOnly one thing stands in my way now.

I Wanna Kill The Kamilia 3 | Influka Area function 2024-11-01 | This area made me take yet another hiatus from the game lol, its not that bad but id be lying if i said i enjoyed playing it. Main reason for my dislike is the intro bit, its just so long and having to do it every single time gets very boring very quick. The two bosses are fun however.2h 27m of attempts and somewhere between 1h 30m and 2h of practice so all in all around 4h and a bit of playtime.

It felt nice just chilling n playing needle for a while again tho.Took about 2 and a half hours

I dont really have much to say about specific attacks apart from final being actually pretty hard and its very rng heavy in the way that its random whether you get the easiest pattern in ur life or shits damn near impossibleTime: 1h 35m attempts + ~2h practice = ~3h 35m

I Wanna Kill The Kamilia 3 | Secret 5 (Infinity Trials) function 2024-08-06 | After 23 hours of attempts and 7 hours of practice i finally did it, this is most likely the hardest thing ive done in a game and probably the longest time ive spent grinding one specific thing. This secret is incredibly brutal and is not a fun grind at all. I did not expect to beat this same day as emperor lmao, i just wanted to learn the boss and maybe do 1 sphere attempt and i just beat it as soon as i got there. On another note this boss is awesome and by far my favorite boss ive ever beaten, its incredibly fun and consistent, visuals are amazing, music is peak, its just great all around.Playtime: 40:50 attempts + ~2h practice = ~2h 41mNext up is Secret 5 so there probably wont be more uploads for a while, not that anyone watches these anyways lol.
I Wanna Kill The Kamilia 3 | Four Devas - Spade (Emperor Miku) function 2024-07-19 | its finally done, im out of boss rush and it feels so good, i remember when i first got into fangames and looked at all of this thinking its damn near impossible but honestly this really wasnt that bad, the bosses are hard dont get me wrong but not nearly as hard as i imagined.about emperor miku: i didnt enjoy playing this boss all because of phase 2, its incredibly boring and all you basically do is sit and wait till rng decides you can continue playing the game, i personally think every other phase is fine and if it was just them this would be one of my favorite bosses, oh well.playtime: 2:16:13 attempts, ~2h30m practice = ~4h46m.
I Wanna Kill The Kamilia 3 | Four Devas - Diamond (Piano) function 2024-07-15 | I cant put into words how good it feels uploading this, this is by far the longest time ive spent playing one boss and even though it didnt take all that long it felt like an eternity due to all the post slow deaths, including the death on final, that one stung really bad.Despite my pretty horrible experience i still love this boss, its incredibly fun and consistent (apart from red/blue, idc what anyone says that attack is mostly rng unless youre insanely good at avoidances). I really quickly got to the point where every single session had tons of slow attempts and even in my first 17 minutes of playing this boss i somehow got to curving, theres basically never any downtime and its mostly a very fair and engaging fight, might even be my new favorite cleared boss. Im really looking forward to moving on from boss rush, all thats left is emperor miku and im praying i can get that down quickly.Clear time: 8:35:37 attempts + ~2h 30m practice = ~ 11h
I Wanna Kill The Kamilia 3 | Four Devas - Club (Colonel) function 2024-07-10 | This feels really odd, i came back after not playing k3 for well over 2 months and with like 40 minutes of practice i go and beat colonel in 12 minutes. My total time spent on practice is between 1h 30m and 2h and my time spent playing normally is around 50 minutes so lets just go on the high end and say it took 2h 50m to clear.Thoughts on the boss:Well it was quite fun i wont lie but i feel like me not having to struggle on this for a long time basically removed any chance of me disliking it. You can very easily get walled in most phases but overall i think its a very good boss, also the 2.0 nerf of platform is actually insane they basically removed a phase, dont have much more to say cause of how quickly i beat it.
A Domain of Magica Loot Montage function 2024-05-28 | Heres just about everything i dropped while playing dom in a little simple edit. Took me a while to finish this video because i stopped playing the game and consequently stopped editing this video but luckily enough i had some more clips laying around so i could finish it, also why all of these clips are like atleast half a year old now.The only clips i missed were a few random LGs and my DC orb, no clue where the orb clip went i swear to god i had it but i couldnt find it when i started editing this again.

Paranoia Preview 2 function 2024-04-30 | its finally here, the second preview of my psychosis remake, took a lot longer than i expected due to my motivation with the game coming and going but we got to that 50% mark. A lot of stuff is still subject to change but im overall quite happy with how this looks so far, not sure if there will be a third preview but ig we'll see. Hopefully i get this out by the end of the year.
