false awakening Professional Microwave 2024-10-02 | It's been a minute huh? I've been stuck with a bit of artblock for a while but I'm slowly starting to get back into things as of late. I still can't say for sure when my next upload will be though.Anyways, this track was a result of me just messing around in fl studio for a bit, so it has a bit more of an experimental vibe to it. The name and theming are inspired by that phenomenon where you wake up in a dream, which had happened to me a couple times prior to the creation of this song. The background in particular is a reference to a specific dream I had where I had woken up in the middle of the night and tried to turn on my lights. However, despite the LEDs being on, they didn't actually light up the room. Not the most eventful dream but it was still interesting enough to me to inspire the cover art.
