The website calls them a standard nose, finish nail nose, large bore nose. I'd call them tips.First issue: the factory-installed tip is tough to remove. The tool provided wasn't enough. I had to use a crescent wrench and a fence post for leverage to unscrew the nose. Once off, switching tips is easy.It comes with a so-called "glove" that's thin and has some useless connectors. Not sure what they were thinking with this.Final downer: It doesn't come with the necessary hose connector. I had to buy an articulated one separately. The downside is it doesn’t fit neatly back into the case, which cracked.Now for the good stuff. The tips are easy to use once the initial removal hurdle is cleared. The roofing nailer tip, though, lacks a magnet unlike the others.For common nails, the built-in magnet holds the nail in place, making the job smoother. I used this a lot for 3-inch galvanized nails—perfect for corners and general use.The finish nail tip is a game-changer. It drives nails below the surface. And they provided a 1-800 number. So I called to see what the scam was. And it's definitely a scam.The guy who answered the phone (from the "cancellation department") was very nice and instructed me to download legitimate software from the Internet. However, installing the software would allow him to control my computer (allegedly so that he could uninstall the software) but clearly he would just install malware on my computer once he had control.I hate scammers like this. This is a rather convincing email because people often sign up for a subscription and want to cancel in the future so when they see this email, they think "oh - I forgot!" Don't fall for the scam. Delete the email.If you get strange charges on your credit card, call your credit card company. Believe it or not, they are on your side and will help you with fake charges.Don't ever allow someone to take control of your computer online unless you are positive it's a legitimate service.

Instead I use a mask and keyframes to animate the text.Be sure to use two keyframes for each word. One with the previous location and the next frame should have the new location of the mask. If you don't do this, the mask will morph from the last keyframe leading to a crappy look :-(Hopefully this helps you show text on screen while talking - editing with FCPX.
