H4 builds up the ass. The original map is broken probably due to being from earlier in development so I fixed chief and the dialogue (which is still a bit quiet). Letterboxing also has been removed for youtube.
The E3 build contains one Spartan Ops map and accompanying preview mission (E1:M5 - The Core), But don't forget that in the final game "The Cauldron" has 3 missions. By applying the "Offline Spops" edits to the game, the other missions are playable.
This mission is a bit rough, with a previous playthrough actually bugging out.

This is the more polished mission of the two, with voicework and an intro. The other is much more rough as you'll see.

I will probably make another video clicking through unlocked versions of the builds in the future.
I came across some interesting strings in the flight maps, and then found that Tempest actually makes use of them. They aren't normally visible without mods so here they are.
I wonder if this is why Forge is getting a delayed release on PC?
More work and research means I can now go back and redo and extend a certain previous video without the models looking horrible. (Outside of a couple moments but that's out of my control.) Should be added to the dev Assembly branch in the near future and benefit all games not just H4.

The lists do not allow scrolling so not all options are visible, and looking at the files for the menu I'm not so sure the recently found DLC armor is implemented yet anywhere, if you were looking for that specifically.

Back in around 2016, I wondered what all would go into increasing player limits in Reach campaign and firefight.
I got things running pretty well, but scoring issues in both modes prevented me from ever releasing it, and I eventually forgot about it.
With MCC coming to PC I thought I'd toss some footage out there to show that it can be done.
The end also features it attempted in Halo 3, but progressing into the mission will crash, as well as manually ending the game.

Almost done, now it's Reach's turn. Sound cuts in and out due to how the menu is setup, the scenes only have a small area where sound can be played.
I also decided to drop the inclusion of music due to it becoming a headache to fit together.
Continuing from the previous video. I'm aware of some tearing happening at the top of the screen at times, but I've re-recorded these clip so many times now for various reasons that I gave up.

Been trying to do this for a while, and finally found a value that suited my needs. It ain't as crazy as the originals, but it has its moments. This only works in H4, no effect in other games, which is a shame, as elites would have been great.

Ever wanted to see what cutscenes look like without the black bars? Not a problem with modding!
I return after 6ish months with something that's technically Halo.
Turns out you can connect a USB keyboard and input script commands! So I used them to explore the weapons and magic that you probably haven't seen yet in other videos of this build.
There are tons more commands but since it also works in actual Halo (with some edits), I decided to save those for another video.

This was a stream from 2 days ago. I chopped out/sped up downtime for your benefit.
I was messing around with a video idea when the game glitched out. I still have no idea what caused this or if it is specific to what I was modding. I started up a stream to show what was going on, hoping to beat the mission legit. After switches stopped working the "legit" part went out the window.
Quality is lower than usual because I downloaded the footage from twitch as I didn't think to record locally. This may or may not have caused audio sync issues later on, though I did my best to correct them.

I played with this a little using only colors before (mario starman clip from the compilation), but I've expanded it to include regions and animations. There were no tag edits used here (besides spawning the biped)
