Pelvic Tilts: Help stabilize the pelvis and reduce SPD by strengthening the lower back and abdominal muscles. Bridge Exercises: Strengthen the glutes and core muscles, offering pelvic stability and reducing pressure on the pubic symphysis. Kegels: Strengthen the pelvic floor muscles, which can help support the pelvic organs and reduce SPD pain. Prenatal Yoga: Incorporates gentle stretching and poses like cat-cow to relieve pressure and promote pelvic alignment. SI Belt or Belly Band: Wearing a support belt can help stabilize the pelvis and reduce strain, easing SPD symptoms.
