The first commercial is special, because it was animated by Bill Melendez, who does the animation for the PEANUTS specials that aired annually on CBS at the time. Also hence the kid who walks by The Count and Frank, who are both scared by the kid which becomes a running gag in the commercials from the 70s till something circa the 80s or the mid 90s where Frank, and The Count (and/or later, Boo Berry) would argue about whose cereal was better until something or someone scares them.
