Cartoon Network Anti-Piracy Warning Screen (1999) SlayerTank99 2021-02-01 | I recently went shopping at my local Goodwill store and I found a blank VHS tape in the media section. Since I was curious, I purchased the tape for a simple 99 cents and decided to pop it into my VCR at home.What I discovered on the tape was what appears to be a Cartoon Network bumper from 1999 followed by a warning screen where the viewer was accused of pirating the channel. What really creeped me out was the fact that there was a very scary image of I.R Baboon over the warning screen. Why would Cartoon Network make a warning screen like this? It just doesn't make any sense.I uploaded the content from the tape onto this video. I must warn you that it is quite unsettling and I advise you to watch at your own risk.

PlayStation 4 - Strange and disturbing kill screen. SlayerTank99 2018-08-28 | There exist a strange kill screen for the PlayStation 4. Many have claimed that it is unsettling and disturbing, especially in the later error messages. Please note that this footage has been edited to keep the video at a very short length.To clarify, this PlayStation 4 has been modded extensively to demonstrate this screen, however cases have shown that this kill screen can occur even when the PlayStation 4 is in mint condition or even newly bought, which has lead to some units being reported as defective products. It is unknown what truly causes this kill screen, however many cases have reported issues such as short circuits and disassembling. Upon turning on the PlayStation 4, there is no start up of any sense, not even the PlayStation logo. The screen remains black 10 seconds before a screen appears, informing you that your console has suffered a major error and advising you to shut the console off, but also giving you the option of keeping your console on. There is no audio for the majority of the kill screen. If the console remains on for 15 minutes, the screen will black out before another screen appears, informing you that Sony will have no liability for damage caused to your console. The option to keep the console running will also remain. If you chose to proceed and the error persist, the screen changes after 30 minutes stating that the error cannot be fixed automatically and with a new option to enter System Recovery Mode but also recommending you to shut the system off. At the message says, this can be used as a final resort to fix major errors. If you chose to enter System Recovery Mode, another screen will appear advising you to press the X button on your controller three times to confirm your decision. After you do this, it will cut to black before showing a loading screen and then cutting to black once again.While there have been no reported cases of a successful recovery, it is known that a very threatening and strange screen appears after this one.This screen displays a kanji symbol of death or the number 4 in Japanese for a strange reason, along with the only audio in the entire kill screen: a barley audible electric humming sound. After ten seconds text appears below stating "The time is near." It is unknown if Sony is responsible for this screen, or if this is somehow a virus that can be fatal to your console.The screen then cuts to black for 15 seconds before another screen appears informing you that System Recovery Mode could not be accessed and that system data has suffered irreparable corruption. It also states that the console will shut down permanently which it dose after 10 seconds.At this point your PlayStation 4 isn't just bricked - it literally dies, as there is no more power to it. There isn't even a power indicator life indicating it's off - it's just lifeless as if you unplugged it. Your PlayStation 4, for whatever reason, cannot be powered or even repaired, requiring you to buy a whole new console entirely. There has been no reports of a successful recovery after this error.
Nintendo 64: Kill Screen? SlayerTank99 2018-01-02 | I found this really creepy kill screen on my Nintendo 64 last night. It was really unsettling to be honest.A couple days ago I found my old N64 in my parents attic and decided to bring it down and play it. I drove a couple miles to my retro video game store and bought a few games for it. I put it Mario Kart 64 and turned the power on. Instead of the game it played some really creepy music. Then I got a warning message saying that is was malfunctioning. It told me that I should call the number on the screen but there was no way that the number still existed. I left it on and I got another message telling me that I needed to turn it off. Apparently, I accidentally pressed the B button and the screen went black. Next I got a more threatening saying that it was my fault if the system got damage. At this point I was kind of scared so I tried to press the A button but instead I hit the B button by mistake.What happened next made me jump. The TV suddenly produced loud static and it simply said "FATAL ERROR" in all capital letters in the center of the screen. Finally, I shut the system off. Then I took it and threw it in the trash.
