manze This is the best I could get after way too many attempts to improve for only a second, but even though he jumps backwards in the beginning, this turned out to be the faster RNG. Bc he wouldn't jump away and get his status armour on when I start my heavy attacks.
BUILD as always showcased after the fight.
I used the Helheim Enchantment instead of the boons and another relic.
And again The stonecutters knob Axe Attachment instead of the furious maul like in the 30 seconds video too.
The stonecutters knob actually boosts not only the R1-combo finisher, but also the first R2-combo finisher hit.

manze 2024-04-13 | Explanation: Only for *perfect parries* the boss loses *1 yellow balance* point in order to get a _stylish finisher_ for each "balance-cycle".
Also useful: *The skill 'Quadruplet'* by pressing 2x (L1 + Square) has the *unique ability* to damage boss balance by 1 yellow point, when the last combo attack hits.

Sigrun in NG+ still the mother of all Valkyrie Queens // God of War @GMGOW

manze 2023-02-01 | Hardest GoW Boss. Her normal version is already no joke, but in new game plus she hits way harder with new combos and is way quicker.
Finally I got her No Damage, after all these years, I went back to GoW (2018) and tried to apply what I learned on Ragnarök. Still a hefty struggle, but finally a successful one.
Can't wait for GoW:Ragnarök finally getting NG+ mode as well...

No Damage & Perfect Parry
1 Battle + 1 Destruction of the Mutated Odur boss in Thymesia.

OP Build explanation: The Blood Blade gives me a damage buff each time I hit the enemy with sabre. 2 buffs each hit because of the stat requirement effect.
The Knife does double claw damage (on wounds) also bc of stat requirement and gives an offensive buff, which also increases damage after hitting the enemy. I used the Knife also on the Level 1 fight because you can use it istantly after parrying and it does more claw damage than the claw itself even without the stat requirement as you can see.
The offensive buffs are stacked with the one you get from the feather dart follow up attack (up to 5 times max).
And in the beginning I used the 3x cinnamon crafted potion, which gives a total of 21% (3x7%) damage boost for 30 seconds with the fast-acting potion, bc obv it's the fastest to use.
I used this at the start of the Level 1 fight as well.

Interesting is when you get the strategy skill for an offensive buff when at full HP. If you stack that effect with another offensive buff when at full hp. The offensive buff doesn't expire. As long as you át least get one stack of offensive buff to the full hp buff you can even get hit and still stack more (up to 5 times) without the run out or expiring.
This is actually a bug I guess, but it's a very useful one.

I used the stonecutters knob Axe Attachment instead of the furious maul.
Everything else is the same.
The stonecutters knob actually boosts not only the R1-combo finisher, but also the first R2-combo finisher hit.

ODUR Boss Fight // perfect parry & no damage - Thymesia

manze 2023-01-06 | My first impressions of the game:
Thymesia is a fun soulslike from Overborder Studios from Taiwan. It was released 2022 by publisher Team 17. As that is Overborder Studio's premiere I hope we get to see more of them in near future.
Gameplay is like Bloodborne mixed with Sekiro. Combat is really enjoyable.
The setting is similar to bloodborne, though not as detailed.
Fast paced sword combat and I like that you have to use all your abilities and claw skills in order to get the green injury bar down before they heal it.

Parrying is pretty tough, especially with Odur, because he attacks fast and he has different combo finishers, which make it hard to learn the pattern.
But when focusing you learn the little differences during his combos and can adapt your parry pattern.
I got the 10 on strength for the bonus to stagger/break his super armour with the axe plague weapon.
It's hard to know when he will get staggered or not.
You see me rather waiting for his combo than attacking, because he often wont get staggered until he's done with his combo and it takes some time to be able to parry again right after attacking.

manze 2022-12-11 | BUILD for Maxmimum Damage Glass Cannon Build (better & adapted version of the one in the video):
Amour
Chest: Soulless Warrior = Massive Bonus Damage for almost 20 seconds
Arm: Vidar's Bracers of Might (For highest STR stat)
Waist: Vidar's Belt of Might (STR stat)
Rage: Valour = for the massive damage buff when combined with 'boon of valour'
Relic: Hilt of Hofud = causes Realm Shift

Enchantments
- Boon of Valour = massive STR boost (& adds livesteal for your attacks as a little extra)
- Emblem of the Nine Realms = for bonus damage during realm shifts
- 3x Asgard's enchantment (bonus damage for triangle attacks)
- 3x Vanaheim's OR Niflheims OR MUSPELHEIM'S enchantments = bonus on status afflicted enemies (also hexed) OR bonus damage when health over 75% - OR for bonus damage when the weapon's fully charged - but it depends on your playstyle
-1x Slot is good for either the 'Seal of the Runic Storm' which is good to start every fight with OR Stunning Fang if you go with Sonic Arrows, or my favourite Memento of the Ailing to get the weapons charged up fast in order for the muspelheim's enchant to kick in.

Weapon: In Video I based all (knob, attachment, handle) on STR in order to get a real 1 Shot Kill
But for getting Maximum DPS in a fight with more than just 1 hit you can swap the following:
-Blade Attachement: CURSED EMPRESS HANDLES w/ "Power of the Empress" (chance for a stack/3xSTR and RUNIC) or use like in the Video deadly Obsidian handles for high STR stats
Spear Handles: either MIGHTY OLYMPIA SAUROTER w/ "Detonator's Might" (bonus chance on STR)
OR you go with the one in the video with the highest STR Stat. HIND OF THE FOUR WINDS
- Axe: here I would stay with THE FURIOUS MAUL solely for highest STR stat

And VERY IMPORTANT: of course you should check your main ATTACK SKILL Scorched Earth I and set the Damage Mod Token on it.

Other things: I like to go with Hex Arrows and the Seidr Exhale Runic Summon to be able to do the most damage instead off stun. But that's a more personal opinion.

Accessory for the Bow:
My favorite one and always on = NOCKED PROFICIENCY (every 3rd Runic arrow fires 3 additional Runic Arrows) so that you can instantly status afflict the enemy with hex or stun
-SIGIL BUILD: Sigil Punishment & Sigil Amplification
-SONIC BUILD: Sonic Aftershock & Sonic Attunement
In my experience it's best to just focus on one of them at least on GMGOW difficulty.

Since it's a glass cannon build, I wish you the best of luck, despite it's Power Lvl 9000 :P
