The Nurture Life menu is chock full of great options for kids of all ages as well as adults. Better yet, all of these options have veggies packed into every crevice, so you know you’re getting a punch of nutrition even if you don’t necessarily taste it. For example, their cheese sauce has butternut squash mixed in, their pesto boasts green chickpeas blended into it, and red lentils are added to their ragout sauce for added fiber & protein.

The one aspect that really sets Nurture Life apart from so many other kids’ brands is the fact that they have so many different size options. This would be a huge benefit to our family, as it would many others with differently sized people in them. They offer a baby size (10-24 months), a toddler size (1-4 years), a kid size (5-12 years), and a teen/adult size (13 years & up). They also offer shareables with 2 and 4-portion bulk packaging you can serve everyone from as well as cold lunches. We found these sizes to be perfect for each age range in terms of portion size for both of our kids of different ages as well as the adults.

One of the features of Freshly that really stands out is the fact that 100% of their meals are gluten-free. Whether or not you need to avoid gluten, these meals are focused on providing full servings of vegetables, nourishing proteins, and overall balance. Coming from someone who is not gluten-free, these meals are spectacular. I would never miss it; they do such great work with utilizing alternatives such as cauliflower-based pasta, rice, and vegetable ‘noodles,’ just to name a few.

Their variety is another outstanding aspect that we noticed right off the bat. They’ve got over 30 options to choose from every single week! Some of these options stick around, such as the ultra-popular steak peppercorn that we taste-tested in this video, and others rotate more often so you get to see some amount of variety along with your favorites. They’re mindful as well of offering a good amount of different styles of food, so you’ll see vegetarian dishes along with a variety of proteins, a variance of different vegetables used in different ways, and great sauces to mix it up here and there. The Freshly menu is one of the best of any prepared meal delivery service out there for these reasons.
