Any job that can be replaced by a machine, however, should be superfluous - yet we have the habit of making such jobs integral to our economy. This causes an incredible waste of human potential. Amazing feats of engineering, inspiring works of art, scientific breakthroughs, beloved stories, etc, have all been sacrificed - never to be seen in our lifetime - because our great would-be authors and architects were stuck attaching gizmos to widgets for basic survival.This video was actually uploaded at the beginning of this week and I thought long and hard about releasing it. It’s a tough goddamn pill to swallow, and could likely depress quite a few of you, presenting a problem that won’t likely be solved to a satisfactory degree until long after we’re dead, and even then it will still exist in some form or another. Furthermore, I won’t see a dime from this video, as the music is copyrighted (but that’s the music I wanted it to have). So, what’s the point? The observation, the vision, should be available. There should be a record of it. Of course, my voice is just another drop in the ocean, but the problem must be thoroughly understood before it can be solved. Maybe someone who will make a difference will watch this video. Maybe they won’t. I don’t know. If I never released it, however, then there’d be zero chance of them seeing it. If our big bang expansion was caused, for instance, by the collision of other big bang expansions, then such an event would be beyond our space and time, but will necessarily entail other space and time. The bottom line is this: don't ever jump to conclusions. Saying that a certain thing can ONLY be a certain way, without having all the pieces to the puzzle, is extremely foolish. Relying on intuition has historically had a hugely poor track record. Don't do that.

I remember an incident where someone got shot a few years ago, but that's it. Those laws take guns out of the hands of people who obey the law. People who disobey the law will still have them. So, when someone posts a prayer on a social networking site, they're literally doing the exact opposite of what Jesus told them to do. My last video caused CartesianTheist to censor comments and remove comment voting after comments in his favor had been satisfactorily upthumbed. These are obviously the actions of someone who is very insecure about his position. I've allowed him, and those who agree with him, to have free reign on my channel. Meanwhile, he has said that he will delete disgusting comments and comments that do not support their contentions, but he has only done that with comments directed toward him. Hypocrite. The ones directed toward me remain on his channel and videos, including sexist, racist, and generally degrading comments with no real content. It's obvious he's trying to make it seem as though he has come out on top, using petty trolls rather than sound arguments. Because he has taken such an ugly route, his response to me will be contingent upon his answer to the challenge I give toward the end of this video.
