Using dirt from our nearby creek, we managed to fill the massive hole that had been allowing wild dogs and other animals access to our property. The process took some careful planning to avoid disturbing the creek’s natural flow, but with a few dump cart loads of soil and plenty of teamwork, the ground is now level and secure again. It is amazing to see how a simple, resourceful solution like using what is right on the farm can restore both safety and peace of mind.
