At Positively UK they provide peer-led support, advocacy and information to those living with HIV to effectively manage any aspect of their diagnosis, care and life with HIV.I was very excited to take part in this year’s Great Scottish Run in Glasgow on 5th October 2025.I was born in Troon on the west coast of Scotland, so this run really felt like coming home. Especially as it was the first time my mum, dad and godfather were able to come along on the day to cheer me along. It was my second Great Run, after completing the Great North Run in 2022. My time then was 02:08:44 so I was thrilled to beat it by 10 minutes! For this run, I raised money for Positively UK an incredible HIV charity based in East London, where I live. The team at Positively UK helped me after I had a breakdown in 2023. By referring me to local HIV services on my door step, that I had no idea existed. Sadly a lot of these services are no longer available as many HIV charities including Positively UK are struggling financially. This year they lost funding for the Gay Men’s Project. A monthly meet up that I used to attend. For many, it was a vital service, and a unique safe space and community for gay men of all ages to meet and chat. He has been banned from the internet by the Stazi, but he is ok and his emergency injunction against the MOJ will be filed in court next week.In these crazy times we all need to hear a Voice Of Reason.”Investigative journalist Mark Williams-Thomas has now questioned this:“Andrew I am keen to know the details of Bellfield's internet ban. The truth about Alex Belfield from DC Janet Percival (originally posted 4th August 2025) Philip Dehany 2025-09-14 | Whist at Nottinghamshire Police, DC Janet Percival was the arresting officer who arrested and interviewed Alex Belfield. Her investigation led to his conviction for stalking. Belfield fought back, calling her “corrupt”, Percival successfully sued Belfield for defamation. Janet is now retired, living happily in Costa Rica with her husband. Since his release from prison, Belfield refuses to acknowledge what he did, claiming he is “not sorry” and “did nothing wrong”.He returned to YouTube, and continued to harass his victims. Despite being called a grifter and a beggar and told to get a job and pay my own legal fees. I pledged to pay forward all the donations to charity, if I won my case. I was incredibly grateful to everyone who donated to my crowdfunder and I raised £1,860 which I was able to pay my solicitor. My stalker Alex Belfield tried to silence me by asking YouTube to remove my videos Philip Dehany 2025-06-06 | #AlexBelfield #VoiceofReason #BBCPresenterScandal This is an update regarding Alex Belfield who was convicted of stalking myself, Jeremy Vine and two other men, and was sentenced to over five years in prison.He is to be released on 15th June 2025.Despite restraining orders being in place, Belfield has continued to complain and attempt to have my videos taken down by YouTube whilst posting his own videos about me on his own website behind a paywall.Nottingham Police and my solicitor have been informed and are aware of this. My civil case against Alex Belfield for harassment is still on going. I instructed Samuels Solicitors In October 2022 to act on my behalf in a civil case against Belfield for harassment. After Belfield continued to post videos about me throughout his trial. Belfield has since settled claims presented by Jeremy Vine and DC Percival, but refuses to acknowledge mine. Since October 2022, I’ve now paid over £27,970 In legal fees. I raised £1,712 (after fees) in donations through Crowd Justice, which I vowed I will pay forward and donate to HIV charities if I win damages. ALEX BELFIELD UPDATE: I have finally issued to court my civil case for harassment against my stalker Philip Dehany 2025-03-14 | #AlexBelfield #VoiceofReason #BBCPresenterScandal This is an update regarding my civil case against Alex Belfield for harassment.In 2022 Belfield was convicted of stalking myself, Jeremy Vine and two other men, and was sentenced to over five years in prison.During his trial Belfield continued to post videos about me. In October 2022, I instructed Samuels Solicitors to act on my behalf in a civil case against Belfield for harassment.Belfield has since settled claims presented by Jeremy Vine and DC Percival, but refuses to acknowledge mine. Since October 2022, I’ve paid over £17,970 In legal fees. I raised £1,712 (after fees) in donations through Crowd Justice, which I vowed I will pay forward and donate to HIV charities if I win damages. It then cost £4,116 in court fees to submit the claim.
