I've gotten some requests to see this properly so here's a quick video and some downloads to check it out. I'm waiting on someone else to make a better version. Or one based off the oozing potion.
I got the idea of using allays and having to allow them to recover some health from HexBoxy in the Techrock community.

Since the time of my last firtress video, we are no longer able to burn xp in camp fires. But we are able to block magma cubes, which means we don't need the powdered snow anymore. We're also able to seperate spawning of wither skeletons and blaze through use of wither roses or light levels. With these changes we can simplify our fortress farm while increasing rates and increasing options for functionality.
One of my design goals for this farm is to be able to afk ANYWHERE. Above the farm or below the farm or to the side. Whichever position allows you to have the least spawn proofing of the nether, it won't make a difference as long as the spawning spots are within your spawning range.
Lets hope they stop changing the nether mobs spawning and we don't have to revisit this concept for a long while.
Thanks to Goretofame for showing me the brewing stand item transportation method. The original concept did originate from another nationality, but as you will see in Goretofame's video. He did a lot of testing to find all the different interactions and uses for the feature, and provided the template for me to use in this video Goretofame's video: youtu.be/FxcVEI8G5H4
Mikehomer released a wither skeleton only farm that showed the use of campfires and also used the potion brewers for item transportation. This was where I'd learned about the use of campfires for instapush with wither roses and it completed the last of what I needed for my version of the farm. youtu.be/d8cO9hxUySY

I recommend you pick one that is out a ways where there is no risk of damage to your builds. The main one shown is a fully afk version that can average around 1 wither per 7 seconds depending on the how many you spawn at one time (using 12 tnt per group of withers). Alternate versions for a simpler and more manual methods. Or for a fully Afk suffocation version that will kill 4 withers in 5 minutes.
A second video will be provided with the build tutorial to keep this showcase video a more reasonable length.

I know everyone has done one, but in bedrock we don't need drop chutes, or complicated mob moving systems, or to fight spiders climbing the walls. This spawner is built and tested to handle every overworld mob spawner that you will find. All you need is a box. some trap doors on the side. And a super simple trident killer in a corner.

No more button pushing! with a Tile-able design by AdverseLemon2ArchThunder2023-01-06 | These two potion brewers represent my preferred style of potion brewing setup. They will brew nearly any single potion you want, all ingredients, and continue to do so until they have filled whatever storage you provide for them.
My own design is something I have slowly built and tweaked, inspired to work on it by a friend who was also designing a similar brewing setup. I'd just finished this working concept and considering if I should try to compact it further when AdverseLemon2 shared their very compact and tile-able potion brewer that could do the same thing with very little compromise in function.
AdverseLemon2 graciously permitted me to show the design in a video, And so I'm showing both types so that you can decide yourself which version you want to build.

This is fully afk without needing to haul eggs or build snowmen by combining a small wither cage and an endermen farm. If you have a different enderman farm build you want to use it should be simple to just swap that part out when you get there. The rates as I've built and tested it are 1100 wither roses per hour. (Actually the rates can be improved to 1200 per hour with a small change to the farm. See comments for details, this was figured out after the video released. The main point is to make them drop 42 blocks not 43 blocks)
1.19.40 made some changes to bubble columns and projectiles. The wither skulls are now effected by differing amounts depending on how long they are in bubble columns. If you have already built this farm you need to have 9 soul sand instead of 3, and move the chicken back. This will have most of the skulls still hit the correct location. But don't put a ceiling over the last 2 soul sand. If I work out a more optimal install I'll make an update video.

This time in survival and focusing on the double minecart version. See my other video for the simpler builds. In this video I've modified the farm for some of the 1.19 changes and experiment with incorporating frogs and allays. I did get carried away with recording this and it ended up very long. I promise I removed most of my rambling. Have a look at the time stamps to skip sections you don't want to watch.
I've also wanted a video on this farm with better audio than what was in the last one. The previous video does do a better job still of showing how to build this farm, as well as the other variations to it. And more completely explains how it works.
Because I can't get accurate rates on this survival build, rates are in the other video.
charbuckspups I believe first came up with the concept of a trapcart tk. But I've learned my mechanics from the Techrock and Tristone communities in order to put this together.

The first would be the full bubble column warden farm by Gruva. This one unfortunately no longer works since wardens won't spawn in water. Which is why I decided to find other ways to get the warden into a bubble column.
For more information regarding trap door trident killers, I'll eventually make my own video on them. But in the meantime check out the bedrock mob farming channel: youtube.com/channel/UCoEJobi5gJbJG8_UQAXd3DA
Artist: http://incompetech.comNo armor wither killer, full survival in Bedrock Edition. 1.18+ #shortsArchThunder2022-06-26 | Beacons for strength, absorption, and regeneration are recommended. And obviously armor would be good. If you have some protection you don't need to hide in water. Only stand under the bedrock to be shielded enough. The wither might destroy the obsidian around you so check that the block is under the gateway and the blocks between where you spawn the wither and the bedrock is, are still there.
NOT 1.19.10 safe. then you need to spawn the wither 1 block higher and it's advisable to just let it suffocateFastest (maybe) 1d Squid Farm. Minecraft Bedrock, 1.19+ArchThunder2022-05-20 | This is the fastest squid farm that I am aware of that is overworld only, for simulation distance 4. It is also one of the simplest to build, not requiring any rails, minecarts, or fancy unloading systems to run. On average you should get 4200 ink per hour if it's built correctly with the help of looting 3 (1.18). Retested in 1.19 since a despawn bug was fixed and it now gets 4500 in per hour.
Materials required per side of the farm are:
30 sea lanterns (or other full block light source) 11 stacks of glass 6 stacks of soul sand 2 stacks of ice or an infinite water source 1 repeater 1 comparator 20 redstone wire 4 chains (or iron bars or glass panes) 2 trap doors.
Double those numbers if you build both modules and add some more glass, redstone, and ice for your item transport water streams.

Best practice is to build this in the air, out of range of everything else. You will need to provide spawning blocks. The usual thought process is to use magma blocks so that nothing else will spawn, however I've been informed by Oare that we can now use light lvls to block other spawns but allow phantoms. Redstone torches can be used to light up the ground around you.
Trapdoor trident killer concept is credited to the Tristone Society.
Following Oare's lead, adding trident killers to the other 2 corners moves the nightly rates of the farm up from the just shy of 2 stacks per night or (6 stacks per hour) to 2.5 stacks per night (7.5 stacks per hour). And 20+ lvls from scratch.

This video is intended as a thorough explainer for the trident killer setup that I have been using lately for my fortress farms. I'm calling this my MacGyver trident killer due to the obscure blocks required to make the different models work.
It does not show how to find spawn spots or go over spawn proofing the fortress, or deal much with the item transport and storage. My hope is that you will understand the design enough to easily add it to your fortress and connect it to a storage system.
Rates for the single setup in 1 hour were roughly: 3.75 stacks of wither skulls 60 stacks of Coal 44 stacks of blaze rods 110 stacks of bones
Rates for the double minecart setup in 1 hour were roughly: 4.25 stacks of wither skulls 64 stacks of coal 48 stacks of blaze rods 125 stacks of bones.
Your rates may be higher or lower, depending number of spawn locations, spawn proofing, etc.

1.19 update. You now don’t need to worry as much about light lvls. You can place the soul campfires right under the farm and it won’t block any spawns. You can also use sculk catalyst to remove xp instead
