ANAPQ-120 allows you to track one target at a time with your radar. TWS allows you to lock onto one target, and lock onto another target. This is kind of like fire and forget. With ANAPQ-120, if you lock onto another target after you fire your missile, the first missile you fired will not be guided to the target. TWS is more modern, and it is a feature most modern fighters have, like the F-14, F-15, F-16, Su-27, J-11, J-10, Mig-29, Mirage 2000, etc. ANAPQ-120 is employed on older aircraft, like the F-4 Phantom. It is a vintage keyboard, but it can be used today, because it has a Windows key. Vintage PC keyboard from 1981 can be used, but lack certain keys, like the F1 to F12 keys, or the Window key which makes it more difficult to use on a modern computer. This keyboard doesn't have that problem, and they are readily available even today. I don't know when this keyboard was made, but I am guessing it was produced from 1995 to 2005. 2005 was the last year IBM made personal computers, and they sold their PC business to Lenovo. They do have mechanical keyboards of this same model, but it isn't the same.
