Its nothing game breaking but it does allow Worgens to fight in their human form were they usually could not. In order to do this you HAVE to be a Worgen and must own a Murloc Suit. Besides being able to fight in human form your face is all messed up and your hands feet and skin have the worgen skin/mesh over a human model.
