Setting up the glitched dmg+having one extra cycle for KD loses about 23 sec. After the death cutscene you need to get recoil isg, and the backflip oi into the blue warp has 2 frames to pull bomb as shown at 2:45.

*If you pause buffer from 1st triple slash frame to 2nd triple slash frame, you need one extra pause. Also, if you get both 8th frame slashes your position changes slightly meaning you also need one extra pause.
Overbuffering by a few does not seem to hurt if you want to be safe but unnecessary apart from the 2 cases explained. Its also possible to do it in one less pause with a lineup at the wall of circa -164 to -167.

This is useful getting the small key and the compass without defeating the poes by ground clipping and voiding out or using fw in those rooms to spawn the chest.
It was annoying to create this setup because coming from the bottom elevator room on n64 it is random whether the poe cs starts one frame earlier or later making any setup frameperfect. The part where you wait for the camera zoom is trying to make the poe cs starting consistently the late frame. This problem seems to not exist on pj64, you always get the late frame. For vc I dont know.

Backflip into the first explosion rather late, gives more frames for the 2nd backflip to not send you too far backwards and give too little height.
because the rupees dont count down fast enough, 75 rupees should be very safe to buy the upgrade twice.
68 rupees minimum with 3 frame perfect text boxes
After targeting the wall you have to backwalk for 2 frames with a minimum of -16 input for both frames to get the correct distance.
Inputting down for 1 frame wont move so its not that hard to just do the minimum step.
This setup is only relevant if there isnt an object where you can blow up your bombchu immediately.

Doing it frame perfect or with 1 frame delay will give you 2 frames to press stick for the action swap part. Doing it with 2 frame delay will give you 1 frame to press stick. The frames to press stick look the same as with bottle on b setups (1 frame on the easy to recognize frame, the additional frame is one frame earlier)
After lighting your deku stick it doesnt immediately have the distance to hit the switch so you have time to get into position. For the two crouchstabs aim slightly up (hold slightly down)

For the action swap setup, drop a chu, sidehop and as soon as you land drop another chu, dropping the 2nd chu works on 3 frames, so you can drop the 2nd chu as fast as possible or up to 2 frames later. Pulling deku stick for the action swap is frameperfect.
A better alternative to get glitched dmg is to light a deku stick and jumpslash just before it burns down.
Lighting a deku stick on fire afterwards makes it super long and the crouch stab has a dins fire effect thanks to quick putaway glich.

pull the deku stick to reach the hitbox at the end of the hover
sidehop up, sidewalk left until stuck, sideflip to skull, 2 more skull hovers

For the first method you need to weirdshot back into the room before the door closes.
For the locked door method you need to get to the room loading trigger before the door closes, that can be done by a megaflip or hess. It also works as adult but you need a key first so the other option is faster.
Now that you can equip mirror shield with ace as child, this might be useful or not, Im not sure.
Starting the backwalk works on any frame, backflip frame is depending on that.(same as with bombs)
