What that means is the the beauty of the natural movement in the clips, basically, no effects are needed to allow the clip to flow with the music. Every movie has internal movement; it's up to you to find it. You don't know *how* much I wanted to add an effect here or there... but I resisted :D. So ta-da, internal movement.
