I attended the university of Kansas and graduated with a design degree from the school of architecture and urban design. While there I was the first student to present an entire project with the use of 3d images and video and no supporting 2d drawings. From there I have always been pushing the boundaries of what can be done with computer modeling and design. I focused heavily on computer generated illustration and animation after graduating in 1997.
My background in construction started at 12 years old when I worked with my dad on commercial electrical jobs. I framed houses, drilled environmental soil samples, drove trucks and constructed stage sets for rock and roll and theatrical performances.
Along with 20 years of practicing architecture, I've managed to restore cars, build houses, remodel condos, build guitars, fabricate a cnc, and work on several proofs of concept for tools and accessories... Most of which have not made it to market.
I enjoy working on unique YouTube videos that push the limits of what I can do and I recently was chosen by YouTube for their 2016 Next Up program in New York City.
Currently I'm working on pen designs, guitar tools and building a workshop that actually suits how I work.
