FOILING WITH TONER INKS Lana By Lana Design 2024-08-13 | Now, how cool is this? I finally opened the toner ink from the little set by Heidi Swapp @heidiswapp00 and I absolutely love it! Now, I am not 100% sure if this could work with other toner inks and this is something I am yet to try. But, until then, this will have to do. You will also need to have a laminator. In this short video I am using one by Heidi Swapp but people have used different laminators and it seems to work ok. I hope you like this idea and give it a try. The results are amazing! Dual Color Wax Seals Lana By Lana Design 2024-08-08 | Pick a color theme and everything else will follow. At least that is how I get my inspiration and fast. My favorite thing to do is to create wax seals that match the card inside. Clear Wax Seals - How much I love them! Lana By Lana Design 2024-08-06 | Have you guys tried clear wax seals? If you haven't I highly suggest you do. You won't be able to stop! The clover that I am using here is actually a sticker. I got a lot of them on Amazon at least three years ago and they look great for projects like this, but, of course you can use a real plant for this as well. And, feel free to decorate your seals. I think this gives that extra especial and unique look. I got this seal last year from an LA company called "1928 Jewelry", a local California company that specialized in costume jewelry and everything is made in the US. They have such beautiful pieces and their wax seal stamps are truly unique and gorgeous! Transformation with small dies Lana By Lana Design 2024-07-30 | I have never been a fan of small cards, unless they are a simple, classy note cards. Greeting cards, in my opinion, should be a statement, a big WOW, a show stopper, an addition to your gift or a gift by itself. Slimline cards are my favorite to make, and you don't get a lot of stamps nor dies that can accommodate such size, so I often have to improvise. It is made by one of Hero Arts My Monthly Kits, and is not that this kit no longer available to purchase, but HA does not do kits like this anymore. Well, they do something very similar, I should say, but the name has changed and perhaps a content of kits, but you won't really notice the difference. If you are a fan of House Mouse, you are going to love these stamps; and I speak from experience! There are some cool tips and tricks that I used in this video and I hope you like them and find them useful. Unfortunately, I was not able to find a link to Mic Toner, and I would suggest you try regular black toner and see if that works.
