On May 10, 2008, in a nightclub in New Jersey, their typical performance took a twist, and musical history was made. Eddie Brigati was in the audience and joined the group on stage. It was the first time three of the original Rascals were on stage together in 38 years. The concert was sold out and the crowd went wild!

Gavin has suffered with GAD (general anxiety disorder) since he was a child.

Many anxiety sufferers hope that anxiety will just go away on its own, sometimes it will and their wishes come true, but often they will need some help along the way.

Anxiety sufferers want nothing more than to feel normal, and no not realise that they are normal! What is normal anyway?

Anxiety Wish describes some of the feelings associated with GAD, like going through a war with yourself every day and constantly telling yourself that nothing is wrong with your life. Feeling surprised when someone wants to spend time with you or is willing to help.

The lyrics are what we say to ourselves, but they are not very useful as this kind of thinking will not help us to conquer our fears. The only way to feel better is to seek help from a professional therapist and work through them with an open mind.

Making wishes is not the answer either and pushing the feelings to the back of your mind will just delay things.
