[8th American] Rainbow Road in 2:25.872 Soul Medley (DexH0lderYellow) 2024-08-03 | music- Lobelia by AAAAAim still in disbelief writing this now. this has been a goal of mine for almost a year now and its so surreal seeing it happen!lap 1: 48.583started off with a very good kart moonjump that ended up giving me the line i needed for the 4 trick aroura. jak was quite possibly the best ive done it on a lap 1 ever polebounce and all, followed by no bounces into cannon. zipper turn went very well giving me a great line into pathswtich. pathswitch went well, followed by a really good last two turns even though my alignment was rough entering lap 2.lap 2: 48.737due to the alignment i had to rush into the kart moonjump which ended up costing me a few milliseconds when landing before the boost panels. missed the extra aroura trick ive started to go for but that wasnt that big of a deal. jak once again went amazingly, got the polebounce again. 2 bounces into cannon but they didnt lose me too much time as i got back to the right before entering cannon. the zipper turn went worse this time, ended up going a bit wider than i intended. pathswitch went well after that thankfully, and the last two turns went how i wanted them to.lap 3: 48.552huh? how? what? guess we should start off with the absolutely flawless kart moonjump and turn afterwards. wow what a opening to a lap. i purposely missed a trick on the aroura as i am not the greatest at delaying that trick to catch the flip trick ramp. NO POLEBOUNCE. the jak was really good other than that lmao im just annoyed. no bounces before cannon once again as well. perfect and i mean perfect zipper turn for alignment into pathswitch. finally hit it on us tops pace and the last two turns sealed it. that last turn in particular was absolute brilliance.overall thoughts on the run as a whole? its bad go 2:24 next 4headplease like and subscribe more where this came from

[Mario Kart Wii] Rainbow Road in 2:26.193 Soul Medley (DexH0lderYellow) 2024-06-23 | i threw so hard48.64948.90948.635lap 1 is definitely the best lap of the run, kart moonjump was clean followed by a good no polebounce jak strat (one bounce before cannon) and a very nice pathswitch. not my best lap 1 but very goodlap 2... was weird. kart moonjump was really really bad. easily lost .1 there compared to lap 1. then the jak strat gave me the deadest polebounce of all time (94kmh is very bad there) and lost .1 as well. no bounces before cannon is nice, then the slip drift happened. threw me off just before the worst chokepoint, the lap 2 pathswitch. thankfully i clutched up but still a really rough lap for my standards.lap 3 was alright. very good kart moonjump, wavy road went well considering the pace i was on, and then the jak. what a beautiful strat when it all goes perfectly. 109.9 kmh and im rightfully telling myself to breath once i get into the cannon, especially once i had no bounces before cannon. the lap 3 pathswitch was... a thing? it got the job done, all that mattered. HOWEVER. the last 2 turns cost me American tops. i went so wide on them and easily lost enough time to be .137 behind 10th. the grind continues. who knows maybe ill stream attempts again

Mushroom Gorge 52.909 (4th Automatic Kart) Soul Medley (DexH0lderYellow) 2022-02-23 | Just a fun thing that I did during 7k monthly time trial challenge! I could improve this a lot with Shroomless glitch, and shrooming through the grass at the end but the stars haven’t aligned for that.Lap 1 was a decent lap for my standards.Lap 2 had a ridiculous wall ride, managed to get a very good lap.Lap 3 was the weakest of the run unfortunately, with no stick on the way down after the glitch and hitting several grass patches.I could definitely sub 50 seconds, a lap 1 with shroomless glitch could give a sub 15 second lap which is cool.
