It's all about Inbound Marketing! It's about pulling people towards you by offering them value. No sales, nothing like that. Just giving people free tips and advice and people will come to you. And I know what you're thinking. If I'm not trying to sell anything, how are people going to know what I do?
Well, by giving value, they will start to know, like and trust you and they'll start to look into you and see what you do. And then depending on where they are in their buyer's journey, you'll either be on their radar or they'll contact you ready to buy what you have.
✅ Don't be afraid to give out golden nuggets, pieces of advice that you think that's some of your best stuff. No, the more you give out for free, the more people will come to you. And it just works. I don't spend a thing on advertising at all. And I've been the busiest I've ever been in months. And this is after COVID as well. And that's all from just giving out value.
I shot 25 videos in a day and I've just been drip-feeding that content over LinkedIn and social media channels. And I've just seen an exponential return on that investment.
It's that easy! Get out there and give value to people and you'll reap the benefits.

It takes 60 to 90 days for your marketing to really kick in. So to beat that feast or famine problem that a lot of freelancers get and businesses get is that you've got to stay consistent with your marketing.
I shot 25 videos in one day and I've been drip-feeding that content out over the past six months and that's given me a lot of work. I've seen a great return from that. But then I suddenly found myself running out of that content and then suddenly it's like panic stations. Oh no, I've got to start getting more out there. So this is why I'm back today. And it's about keeping it consistently going because I'll admit because I've been so busy, I have let my marketing slip and I will start to see that knock-on effect coming up. So this is why I'm jumping in now and getting ahead of the game and just putting myself out there and giving you as much knowledge and tips as I can.
So that's all I wanted to say today. It's about keeping up with your marketing and don't delay in putting things out there because remember, 60 to 90 days for your marketing to really start taking effect. So just think about that.
If you're sitting on the fence about starting to do something, I know a lot of people have gone through a lot of changes after COVID and stuff. So this is a perfect time. One of the best quotes I ever heard was "the best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The second best time is today." So that's it. Get out there. Start marketing and I'll see you on the next video.

The lockdown made me fall in love with filming again and reminded me why I started this journey in the first place.
In the down time I educated myself and upskilled as much as I could. I have fallen in love with Australia again and this video feels like everything has finally fallen into place.
It had 45K views in two days and is still climbing. It has been featured on a number of news channels and newspapers. Enquiries, website visits and social followers have increased dramatically, all from a passion piece.
So I thought I would share the video here to help brighten people's day as there is a lot of doom and gloom out there at the moment and I think it's important to sit back add reflect on the positives of life.

It's one of my most common questions that I get!
I go to a lot of networking events and people are like huh?
So I thought I'd tell you here today so then if we ever meet networking, you know.
Basically we guide you through the entire process of your video marketing journey. ✅
So we'll sit down with you. We'll come up with a strategy about exactly what your message is. We'll break it all down into bite-size chunks, and then we'll go and we'll do the shoot. Once it's all shot and edited, we'll then help you to distribute that effectively across your social media channels.
So it's the full process all the way through because I know it's a bit daunting trying to come up with content ideas, then how you're going to shoot it and then how you're going to distribute it.
So what we do is we take all that pain away, and we guide you through it. We make it fun. We're approachable, we're friendly, and that's what it's all about. We want you to be comfortable on camera. We want you to give value to your clients. We want you to solve their problems. And we'll help you do it every step of the way. 🚀

You may not know this simple trick to keep viewer's engaged long enough to hear your call to action.
It's a little something called a progress bar. It's that line that lets viewers know when your video will end. Some people put them at the top, the bottom or 360 around your video. By seeing the video length your prospects are more likely to hang around and hear what you have to say. After all, you have already helped them out with your other valuable bits of content so they may as well give you another 15 seconds before they move on. The beauty is you have held their attention to the end. Enough time to hit them with your amazing new offer!! 🚀

Hey, everyone, Gareth here from Exposed Wolf, and welcome to another video. Today, I want to talk to you about the buyer's journey and why should you care about it for your video marketing.
So there are three various stages with the buyer's journey. You've got the awareness stage, you've got the consideration stage, and you've got the decision stage. Now, you need to plan your video marketing around these three stages to make sure that you're capturing people at whatever stage that they may be at on their buyer's journey.
So during the awareness stage, they're aware that they've got a problem, so they're starting to kind of look into it a little bit. So hopefully you're popping up at that point with regular, valuable, consistent content.
Then you have the consideration stage, which is when they're really starting to put some options together. By this point, they've hopefully seen some of your consistent videos that have been coming through, and you're already on their list of potential businesses that they're going to go to to help solve their problem.
Finally, you have the decision stage, which is when they're actually ready to buy. And by this point, you've given them lots of help and regular content that they found valuable that's helped guide them through that buyer's journey. So there's a strong chance that you're actually going to be the one that they go to because they see you as the authority. You're the one who's helped them. So in return, psychologically, they want to give you something back because you've given something to them.
Give me a thumbs up if you like the video, and I'll see you on the next one.

In the digital age, nobody wants to be sold to. You need to be providing value to your clients to make you the authority in your field.
A lot of people are worried that it all has to be completely perfect, they have to look perfect. They fear that people may judge them. What if they don't say the right thing?
Fear is the biggest thing preventing you from moving forward. So stop worrying about it, because it doesn't have to be perfect as long as you're giving good, valuable information to people.
People don't actually care and they won't judge you. In fact, for people who are thinking about doing their own videos, they'll actually respect you for getting out there and having the confidence to do it.
I have recently been recording my own videos and posting them on Linkedin. I have had a huge response and have generated new leads that have already led to work. All that from taking one day out to bulk shoot all my content.
So that's all I wanted to say today. Stop putting up those barriers and just get out there and start shooting some video content.
If you find yourself procrastinating then why not hire a video company like Exposed Wolf to help guide you through the process. It really helps to have someone there to move you along.
You need to be consistent in your posting on social media so bulk shoot everything and you'll have months of content.
I hope you enjoyed this quick video, and I’ll see you next time.

So what is a video testimonial? A video testimonial is where you ask one of your clients, preferably one you have a great relationship with, to say a few words about how your business or product or brand helped them overcome a problem they had been having.

Estate agent property video showcasing the unique features of a property as well as the local area. This increases the number of leads that the agent receives and really gives a better sense of the size and layout of a home.
So you’ve set up your camera, your lighting is nice and flattering, your audio is great, you’ve done a nice edit, but there is one more thing missing…
Captions.
Captions? Aren’t they just so people who are hard of hearing can watch your videos? Wrong. They are much more than that!
When people are scrolling on their phones, video gets them to slow their scroll but captions gets them to engage.
And that’s the important part ‘engagement’!
Beyond your nice visuals, captions let your viewer know what your video is about, giving them a reason to tap and turn on the sound and listen.
A viewer in an office or on public transport can get the meaning without reaching for their headphones.
They may be foreign language speakers so captions will help them to better understand your accent and dialect. They may also be deaf or hard of hearing.
And that’s it. You are broadening your viewers and getting more engagement. So remember to add captions to all your social videos from now on.
Thanks for watching.
Gareth
