I was just hoping to check the box of returning to the bodybuilding stage and completing a pretty Epic goal of competing in both powerlifting and bodybuilding with in a 3 month period. Everyone at Team 3DMJ said it was possible, but that I was doing it. It took some convincing, but I feel like the proof is in the pudding. As I’ve mentioned on the 3DMJ podcast, in various YouTube videos and MASS articles, the supplement industry can be a dangerous place, even more so for drug-tested athletes. But that doesn’t mean there aren’t good people out there making innovative, high quality, evidence-based supplements who protect the consumer. While I was in Spain I got the opportunity to tour the principal facility of Life Pro Nutrition, which is one such example.
Importantly Life Pro did not pay me to make this video, and I don’t officially endorse their products or anything of that nature! But, I will give always give a shout out and credit to good people doing good things in an often shady industry. Also, I’d never had the opportunity before to get educated on how supplements are manufactured. So, I jumped at the chance, and also wanted to share it with you, enjoy!
