In this video I make tabletop terrain that is miniature and based on Mirkwood from the hobbit. Ultra realistic diorama building can be easy, if you take time and keep adding details to your diorama. This terrain tutorial shows you exactly how to do that. Wargaming terrain can be used with D&D but also tabletop games like Warhammer 40k and also Middle Earth Strategy Battle Game from games workshop. Wargaming scatter terrain is fun to make, most of the materials are cheap and the end result will make your tabletop terrain really fun to play on. Wargaming terrain building is not difficult, anyone can do it so diy is the right approach. DND terrain diy can also double up as warhammer terrain diy because you can use it for both games. I hope you enjoy this wargaming terrain tutorial where I make some hyper realistic wargaming scenery and terrain. Of course this is scatter terrain which is the bread and butter of wargaming terrain building and this is specifically based on the location of Mirkwood from the popular JRR Tolkien story The Hobbit. Games workshop EPIC Gandalf vs The Balrog Diorama! Nat 1 videos 2023-09-04 | I used the MESBG Gandalf and Balrog models from Games Workshop to build a Diorama of Durins Tower on the peak of Zirakzigil from The Lord Of The Rings, where Gandalf slays The Balrog, Durins bane. I am trying something that I have never tried before... recutting the footage from one of my favourite projects. Been considering this for a while. The previous cut of this video I attempted to cram in too much stuff with some lore about the Balrog and how Balrogs don't actually have wings etc. Maybe made a bit of a meal out of a mouthful haha Have also wanted to give a silent crafting a video a try and I thought this footage would work really nicely. Working on some projects behind the scenes that are taking some time... but they will eventually reach youtube. The tomb has been dated by Israeli archaeologist Gabriel Barkay to the 8thโ7th centuries BC.[1] The re-use of old tombs was not an uncommon practice in ancient times, but this would seem to contradict the biblical text that speaks of a new, not reused, tomb made for himself by Joseph of Arimathea (Matthew 27:57โ60, John 19:41). The building of Minas Tirith, the White City, Capital of Gondor, built to true scale as a gaming board for the Middle Earth Strategy Battle Game. I was conscripted by @Zorpazorp to build a Strategium tower for the project. The lower level strategium is one of the most iconic structures upon the lampwright street of Minas Tirith and in wartime one of the most significant. This towering spire houses several council chambers where meetings of garrison commanders can be held in a location that is close to the outermost defences of the city itself enabling the Lords in charge to receive precious intel from outriders before they make the long journey up to the citadel.
