PghLFilms Ohio Baldi, but its color accurate OblivionFall 2024-07-19 | My version of PghLFilms version of my version :Vyoutube.com/watch?v=vVFHQhhm08UFor those curious, this look is achieved using the PixDither plugin for After Effects.These are the same color settings used in the original upload for You're Mine on the DAGames channel:youtube.com/watch?v=IlouAA8mRZoSETTINGS:Pattern is Bayer 8x8, Palette is Web Safe. Pixel Size depends on the resolution you're working with... I used a Pixel Size of 6 at 1080p and then upscaled to 4K. You can do this by placing your 1080p Composition inside of a new 4K Composition, setting the scale to 200%, and clicking the "Quality and Sampling" button on your layer to the setting that looks like a blocky staircase. This will ensure that no blurring or sharpening occurs - VERY IMPORTANT - seriously, do not forget that last step.It should be noted that in the original version of You're Mine, I actually used a variety of settings on different shots to achieve the best look. I used larger Pixel Sizes for the chorus, an alternate Palette for the keyboard solo, etc. I also used different Pixel Size settings for the text in some shots to make the lyrics more readable against the more pixelated animation. I was unable to do that last step here, as it requires the text to be on a separate layer to the animation, and I have only a flat MP4 version of PghLFilm's video to work with.If PghLFilm is reading and would like a fully PixDithered version of the video for their channel, I'd be happy to help you out :)

The first 6 minutes or so were created in a cheap version of Bitwig Studio which only has 16 Tracks. I lacked most of the plugins that I needed, and had yet to learn the proper theory behind crafting a Kick & Bass for Psytrance. TL;DR I think it kinda sounds like ass.The second portion of the song (6:25) was created in the full version of Bitwig Studio along with many great plugins such as Serum, Guitar Rig, Manipulator, and others. To me, this is a huge upgrade in quality. OblivionFall: Celtic Folk Metal (Instrumental Piece) OblivionFall 2012-02-02 | An original piece I threw together the other day. I was mucking around in KBPiano the other day, attempting to create a decent metalcore riff. Somehow, I ended up with Celtic style stuff instead. So, after changing some of the guitar to violin, and adding in some drums, synth, acoustic and bass, I ended up with this piece. The style of this piece is heavily influenced by Eluveitie, as some might notice :pI hope that one day I can get some better software together and re-make this song in higher quality with some vocals, as currently the quality isn't that great. It would be really cool to make this with real instruments, but I don't really know anyone capable :/
