This can definitely be improved. :P It's really annoying, because those goombas keep getting in the way and blowing up the bomb before I can BLJ with it. :(

main channel youtube.com/emiliablueFixing California with PhotoshopEmilia Two2021-02-26 | In this video, I create the best tourist attraction the world has ever seen using Photoshop.
I'm planning to try out some more types of content moving forward, in addition to SM64 videos. Hopefully it's entertaining.
Main channel: youtube.com/c/EmiliaBlueSM64 - How BLJs Were Discovered - InterviewEmilia Two2021-01-21 | A short interview with Dante Villareal, one of the two people who is credited in the first documented mention of Backwards Long Jumps in Super Mario 64.
For a little more background information about how backwards long jumping became known on the internet, check out this page: http://www.sm64.com/blj.html
#SM64 #BLJThe Kelloggs SM64 Trading CardsEmilia Two2020-10-19 | A look at Nintendo's 1996 tie-in event with Kelloggs cereal to promote the Nintendo 64 console, including the Super Mario 64 trading cards.
The background music I used is Beauty Flow by Kevin Macleod, and my outro music was composed by Cananaman
#SM64 #Kelloggs #NintendoSM64 - BLJs Patched in 3D All-Stars (probably)Emilia Two2020-09-05 | Just me talking about Super Mario 3D All Stars, with (what I think is) reasonable speculation about what version of the game is being used for the remake.
Thanks to "lemon sherbet" on Discord who noticed that one of the official videos had partially muted audio when you save it from the website, and also thanks to Bloopiero for talking with me about the mario HUD icon.
(Sorry if this video isn't written or commentated all that well, I kind of rushed this vid and I think it shows... Hopefully I didn't get anything wrong lol)
#SM64I interview Rick AstleyEmilia Two2020-08-28 | A totally real and non-edited interview which I did with @RickAstleyYT.
This video explains how the Super Mario Flash level codes work, and what you can accomplish by modifying them manually. Probably my most in-depth gaming explanation video yet; I've been working on this for about 7 months on and off. Enjoy!

A few days ago, a user named Andru left their Wii on overnight, and found that this platform in BitFS had risen above the lava. It turns out that due to an error in how WiiVC rounds floating point numbers, these types of platforms will rise or lower until they reach y=0. To give some sense of scale, this specific platform is by default at about y=-3000, and Mario is about 150 units high.
I am trying to complete BitFS 0x on WiiVC using the RTA-viable strat, which requires waiting on the platform for 8 days then dive recovering into the mesh cage. The TAS strat, which will/would be used in a full 0x any% run, takes 3 days (specifically, 71 hours) to complete. The difference is that the TAS strat uses a lava boost and VSC to reach the mesh cage much earlier.
Since the game ROM itself is the same as the N64 U release, and WiiVC is an official release by Nintendo, WiiVC SM64 is generally considered to be a valid version, alongside Japanese and American. As the Japanese version is preferred over the other versions for 120 star due to needing 24 A presses instead of 25/26, WiiVC is currently preferred over the others for any% due to needing 0 A presses instead of 1.
